Destruction can be harder than expected

Creating and destroying can reveal how tightly energy is held. It may seem easy in theory to get rid of what no longer fits, then become much harder when the thing is a feeling, a self-deprecating thought, an old object, a room arrangement or a picture of self.
The screen can also become active. Pictures may multiply, look dark, feel strange or seem as if they could pull attention in. That is not treated as a reason to stop seeing. It shows that screen work has history. There may have been earlier times, in childhood or elsewhere, when seeing raised the same question: am I seeing too much, and will what I see become more real than what I know?
Dark or distorted images of the self can be other people's pictures, comparison pictures or pictures held in the space. They are not automatically truth. The work is to keep separation, use the screen, and keep creating and destroying without falling into the image.
The first reset uses creating and destroying to make the whole space more current:
- Look at the grounding cord and notice how the body has been responding to it.
- Blow it up and create a more accurate grounding cord for the present moment.
- Recreate the space and the center of the head if they are stale.
- Clear the screen and use it to set the body, aura and center.
- Run earth and cosmic energies.
- Blow roses on stubborn thoughts, feelings and emotions.
- Fill with gold-sun life force.
Destroying does not remove your own life force. It clears what has expired so more life force can fit. That is why seniority is read before the erasure technique begins. Seniority means having enough authority in your own space to move what has been lingering too long.
Keep the experience while taking back its charge
Ideas hereCreating and destroyingRoses
Creating and destroying with a rose de-energizes something. It takes the charge out. Often that means emotional charge, but thoughts, memories and feelings are all energies too. Some are charged in one person's space and not in another's.
The aim is not to make an experience vanish from history. A painful eighth-grade year, a relationship, a work situation or a memory can stay part of life without stopping life force there. You do not need to wipe it from the timeline. You can keep the experience and take your energy back from it.
That distinction matters. Wiping out the experience would be manipulation. Clearing the charge gives choice. The event remains as it was, but it no longer has the same power to hold attention, define the body or keep the space out of present time.
The school makes an explicit doctrinal contrast
The contrast here is practical: do not use erasure to disappear yourself. Some spiritual approaches are described as aiming to put the individual aside so a larger common light can come through. This work moves the opposite way. It keeps the individual.
The value is placed on the part of you that seems awkward, imperfect, too visible or hard to fit into other people's pictures. That may be the very part carrying a gift. The problem is not the uniqueness itself. The problem is the pain and invalidation stuck to it.
So the work is to cleanse and strengthen the ego aspect, not destroy it. Clear other people's invalidation from the quirk, the voice, the body, the desire and the odd road life has taken. Then more of your own vibration can come through in a way that has not been seen before.
Critical thinking stays on. Do not hand over the crown by agreeing automatically. If a teaching is offered, check whether it is true in your life. Questions, resistance and personal application are not failures. They are part of staying present as yourself.
Copy a specified rose rather than erase yourself

Erasure is introduced for energies that return after ordinary creating and destroying. The target must be specific: pain or invalidation as an energy. Do not erase people, yourself, body parts, experiences or anything that is actually part of your life force.
Prepare first:
For the seventh layer, create a rose on the screen for all invalidation in the seventh layer of the aura. Look at color, details and body response. Create an exact, identical copy and place it directly on the original so the two meld into one. Then create another exact copy and place it on the original. Continue, copy after copy, until the original disappears.
If unconsciousness appears, keep going. If a blanket of seriousness arrives, keep going. Use a sex picture or amusement picture to stay interested and cut through seriousness. When the original is gone, fill the seventh layer with gold-sun life force. Notice how the gold moves and what it is like for the seventh layer to have no invalidation saying you are wrong spiritually.
Then repeat the same method with the sixth layer. Create a rose for invalidation in the sixth layer, copy it exactly until the original is gone, and fill only that layer with gold-sun life force. Compare the cleared sixth and seventh layers with the layers not yet cleared. The difference teaches what erasure changed.
A person appearing is not the intended target
Ideas hereCreating and destroyingRoses
People, perfectionism, clouds, murkiness or familiar images may appear inside the rose. That does not change the target. If the rose was created for invalidation, then the erasure is for invalidation. A known person may appear because their invalidating energy is part of what was gathered. Perfection may appear because it has been functioning as invalidation while looking positive.
The boundary is firm. Erase pain or invalidation. Do not erase a person. Do not erase love handles, a voice, a body feature, a memory, a relationship, an experience or a part of yourself. Invalidation and pain can be closely attached to those things, but they are not the things themselves.
This week the practice is limited to pain and invalidation in your own space. Work layer by layer. Work energy, relationship energy and other broad categories are not confined to a single layer, so the layer-by-layer practice keeps the target clean.
What disappearance is supposed to mean
Ideas hereCreating and destroying
The copies do not merely cover the original. Each exact copy takes more charge out of the original. Something has form because it has energy. When the energy is gone, the original form is gone too. What remains is what you created, not the charged energy that had been running the space.
Erasure is not new. Counting sheep repeats the same sheep until the energy preventing sleep loses charge. A mantra repeats the same sound. A rosary repeats prayers. A person may work compulsively, eat the same food again and again, or write the same sentence repeatedly until something changes. Repetition can erase.
Because erasure works, the target matters. Seeing something over and over is the opposite of letting it hide under the rug. It brings the energy forward until it loses power. That can free space for self-awareness, but it can also be misused. Coercive self-loss and brainwashing are examples of erasure used to replace a person with something else.
The aim here is the opposite. Keep you. Keep your life experience. Keep your individuality. Your life force would not invalidate you, and your life force is not the source of your pain. That is why erasing pain and invalidation is different from erasing yourself.
Seniority includes doubt about validation

Cleared layers may feel lighter, softer and more flowing. Invalidation can make the aura feel hard or brittle, like each invalidating moment has stiffened the layer. Removing it may make the space feel unfamiliar.
A fully validating day can even feel unreal, suspicious or like a trap. That reaction shows how accustomed the body may be to not being the tone setter. Being right in your own space can feel wrong if the body has lived inside other people's invalidation for a long time.
Erasure changes the role. Instead of being passive inside pictures that already run the space, you become the creative force that specifies a rose, gathers the energy, copies it and removes it. That is seniority in practice. It is a large shift, not a small promotion.
If a rose appears as a carnation or another flower, two things may be happening. The energy may not be lining up with your instruction, and you may also be seeing clearly what is actually there. Do not avoid those moments. They show what is out of line and what is ready to be worked with.
For now, erase only in your own space. Do not erase for classmates. Stay with pain and invalidation, layer by layer. Personal decisions about keepsakes, habits and old objects remain yours.
Return to a chosen tone
The closing sequence releases the energy of the work and chooses a tone for the day:
- Create a rose for the day's material.
- Look at what happened in the space.
- Blow up the rose.
- Create a rose for the rest of the day.
- If it is not your desired vibration, blow it up and create another.
- Fill under the gold sun.
- Set a crown color for the rest of the day and watch the lower chakras adjust.
Each chakra is an energy center and a power source. Other energies may know you are a power source before you do and may use your space as a platform. Filling with life force and setting the crown tone is using your power for yourself.
Supplement: seventh and sixth layers
Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasCreating and destroyingGroundingNeutralityRosesTrance as a class setting
The supplement restates the aim: psychic work can celebrate human experience. Neutrality can appreciate pleasant and unpleasant experiences without accommodating all the pain attached to them. Erasure removes energies that block more life experience and a deeper relationship with body and spirit.
Prepare with a new grounding cord, a gold seventh chakra, a cleared screen, creating and destroying roses, running earth and cosmic energies, protection roses and trance. Then mock up a rose for all pain in the seventh layer of the aura. Copy it exactly, place each copy on the original, and continue until the original disappears. Emotions, thoughts and memories may rise because they were connected to the pain. They are not the target.
Fill the seventh layer with gold-sun life force. Notice the quality and movement of gold in that layer without the effect of pain.
Then mock up a rose for pain in the sixth layer of the aura. Repeat the erasure. More neutrality and more ownership can make the foreign pain energy erase more quickly. If unconsciousness appears, use an amusement picture. When the original is gone, fill the sixth layer with gold. The stated result is a moment in which clairvoyance has no pain on it.
Supplement: communication and relationship pain
Ideas hereAura and layersCreating and destroyingInner voiceRoses
The fifth layer holds communication themes. Pain may sit on voice, listening, self-expression, music, joy, hearing and being silenced. As it erases, the body may respond in ears, mouth or throat. The body responds to changes in the aura even though the technique is aimed at the aura layer.
Erase the fifth-layer pain with the same exact-copy method, then fill the layer with gold life force. Notice how easily the layer absorbs your energy and how the body responds when the fifth layer has more room.
The fourth layer holds affinity and relationship themes. Pain may have gathered from loved people, groups, versions of yourself that attracted different people, leaving, being left, disappointment, injustice, poverty, hunger, crime or heartbreak with the world. Erasing this pain does not remove compassion, relationships or your stance on those issues. It clears pain from the space so affinity can be present without being burdened by it.
If the rose changes during erasure, keep copying the original rose. Pause if more time is needed. When the original is gone, fill the fourth layer with gold and notice how much more room there is for life force.
Supplement: doing and emotion
Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasCreating and destroyingRosesTrance as a class setting
The third layer brings the work closer to the body. Mock up a rose for all pain in the third layer of the aura. Do not erase body parts, body problems or specific conditions. The target is pain in the third layer. Some bodily ailments are described here as coming from these energies, so the method goes to pain rather than to the body part.
As this layer clears, the third chakra may open or close. Reset it to the appropriate individual setting, around fifty to sixty percent. If the rose is almost gone and a small residue remains, it can be put into a rose, sent out and blown up. Then fill the third layer with gold life force and let the body adjust.
The second layer brings emotion, desire, family, friendship, love affairs, unreciprocated love, creativity and passion. Mock up the rose for pain in that layer and erase it. If the second chakra blows open, return it to ten percent. Fill the second layer with gold after the original rose disappears. The aim is not to remove feeling. It is to experience the full range of feeling without pain from the past burdening it.
Supplement: survival, replenishment and return
Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasCreating and destroyingRoses
The first layer is closest to the body and concerns survival, safety, provision, security and care for the body. Mock up the rose for pain in the first layer and erase it. If the first chakra opens wider, return it to ten percent. Pain may feel foundational here, and the body may respond in bones, feet, knees or the skeleton because the body adapts to the aura around it.
A long-held energy does not belong in the space just because it has been there a long time. If a residue remains, put it into a rose and demolish it. When the original is gone, bring gold life force into the first layer and surround the body with it.
Then notice all seven layers full of life force and, in that moment, free of the pain that was targeted. Watch how the energy moves, how the body absorbs it, and what can be understood from this new environment. Let the body know the meditation is ending, breathe, stretch and return.
