Body and being in conversation: organs as consciousness

The idea at the heart of this classBeing and body: the two clocks

Being and body on one clock A large round dial of four equal quadrants, salmon, gold, green and lilac, glows over a soft gold light and lights one quadrant at a time; their names, survival, a place in the group, how one differs, and creating, sit outside the rim beside each quadrant. Then two hands appear on it, a pale lilac being hand with a rosette tip and a salmon body hand with a round tip. They sweep the dial at different speeds, the being hand twice as fast, and a glowing thread joins their tips, stretching and shrinking as they draw apart and close, with lights running along it both ways; once each loop the thread breaks into dashes and then rejoins, brighter, while the distance goes on changing. Then the dial splits along the middle into two overlapping clocks, the body's on the left and the spirit's on the right, each with its own hand at a different hour; both clocks swell and burst into pieces. Then the one dial returns: the body hand sends out ripples and lights run along the bright thread to the being hand; then the being hand moves ahead quickly and the body hand follows slowly, the thread stretching and then easing, still joined. Last the dial dims to a symbol and the two hands each carry a rose, a salmon one of six petals for the body and a lilac and blue one of nine for the being, different from each other. bodyspirit being body

Two clocks, body and being, read as a changing snapshot of how they communicate. The being hand The body hand The thread: how they communicate The quadrant colors only tell the quadrants apart; none is better or further along than another.
ApartNot a problemThe hands may stand in different quadrants. The distance is not good or bad.
JoinedCommunicationWhat he asks about is the thread between them, and he says the body is always communicating.

The clocks are read as present-time communication. Distance between body and being is not good or bad by itself.

organs and body systems are treated as conscious energy centers that can be greeted, grounded, questioned, replenished and linked to their chakras.

Work is experienced differently

Ideas hereChakras

Your body is not just the place where practice happens. It is part of the communication. It reacts to chakra work, readings, sleep, heaviness, fear, trust, food, effort, energy movement and the way you clear afterward. The body may need more rest, more clearing, more attention, or a different kind of self-care than it needed before.

When readings leave heaviness in the space, clear afterward. Move other people's energy out. Reading should not require hiding from everyone afterward. If reading makes the body heavier, the missing step is often cleanout. The reading itself moves energy, and the release afterward lets the reader keep the benefit.

The chakra-level work from the previous lesson can stir a lot. A person may fall asleep in the fourth chakra, expand in the sixth, feel trust pictures in the fifth through seventh, or meet heavy energy that feels like trudging. That heaviness is one reason people leave their space. It is not a command to leave. It can be observed with non-resistance.

Resistance may say, "I should not release this." Do not fight the resistance. Ease back, stay in the center of the head, and let the movement happen at the pace the body can handle. The work can be repeated for a long time because the body and chakras keep revealing layers.

Maintenance is a relationship

Ideas hereAura and layersChakras

The body can be compared to a new computer, a carefully built automobile, or a house with complex systems. If an expensive machine ran day and night, carried every task, and responded to past, present and future use, it would get attention. It would be protected, maintained and checked when something changed.

The body does more than any machine. It carries work, rest, pleasure, communication, energy, growth, and every situation that is attracted into a life. It handles the chakra system, aura layers, inner pictures and the physical systems that keep a person alive. It needs attention because it is always participating.

Attention often goes to media, tasks, books, messages and the outer world's demands. The inner systems can be just as active. A body may have enough drama in a chakra, organ or aura layer to hold attention for a long time, if attention turns inward. Maintenance means giving that inner activity a hello instead of waiting until the body has to shout.

The kind of maintenance changes. The body that carried last month may need a different hello this week. Reading the body's energy lets care become a relationship rather than a rule imposed from outside.

First readings: different pictures of communication

Ideas hereBeing and body: the two clocksGrowth periodsTrance as a class setting

Body-being communication can be read as one picture. The reader centers, enters trance, takes the birth name, finds the person's color, and looks for one picture of the person's body and being communication growth period. One picture is enough.

The picture may not arrive as an explanation. It may be a box, animal, diorama, boat, basket, stones, classroom, blocks, music room, birds, satin cloth, waterfall, cave, ring, field of daisies, mirror, cluttered room, or a person holding another version of themselves. Do not force the image into a symbol dictionary. Read what is there.

Let the picture develop only as far as it needs to. Notice the color, setting, action, who or what is present, where the body is, where the being is, and what the communication looks like. If another energy appears, ask whose it is. If the picture has given enough information, blow it up.

The discipline is simple: stay in your space, describe what is visible, and stop before interpretation takes over. A picture can be strange and still be useful. The strangeness may be how the communication is showing itself.

More readings: pace, visibility and strategy

Ideas hereBeing and body: the two clocks

More pictures show more ways the body and being negotiate movement. A person may be hiking with gear and deciding which route to take, spinning as body and being align and separate, collecting seeds, boxing with technical care, hanging clothes like images, cleaning an alley in a visible yellow suit, or standing above a raft and a larger boat.

These pictures can show strategy, visibility, burden, calculation or risk. The reader does not need to decide the ending. If the picture shows a choice, read the choice. If it shows gear, route, watchers or danger, read those. Solving the picture can end the reading too soon.

Color matters because it helps separate the person's energy from energy being handled. If two colors appear, ask which one is the person. If the color flashes or keeps changing, hold it still and look. If the image drifts away from the target, return to body and being communication.

Blow the picture when the read is complete. The picture was used for communication. It does not need to stay in the reader's space.

Confusion can be what is being read

Ideas hereBeing and body: the two clocksGrowth periodsWho does what in a reading

Confusion does not automatically mean the reader has failed. Confusion can be the information. If a picture freezes, turns syrupy, filters dirty water, cannot decide who is calling whom, or makes the reader unsure where body and being separate, ask a better question: am I confused, or am I reading confusion?

That question returns the reader to observation. A picture can contain uncertainty, paralysis, hibernation, filtering, beauty, effort, or mixed signals. The reader does not have to take those states on as personal mistakes. They may be the growth period itself.

Reading moves energy. The earlier lessons, supplements and questions stimulate pictures. Reading time gives those pictures movement because attention is no longer fixed only on one's own space. The reader reads another person's picture, and the matching energy in the reader's space can clear.

Pronouns and identity still matter in a reading. Use the person's pronouns with care. Seeing energy does not replace ordinary respect.

What the body adds

Ideas hereBeing and body: the two clocksChakrasMock-ups

Ideas, movements and other beings can hold power. A movement can gather attention and life force. A spider, snake or other being can shape perception and wedge into a space. That does not make it the same as a human being.

A human being has a body, identity, chakra system, higher self, life force and an entire field of communication. Other influences may be powerful, but they do not have this whole arrangement. They may need someone else's space or life force. A person has their own.

The body is a mock-up. A mock-up is not expected to be perfect. A relationship, job, car or friendship that is mocked up will include imperfection, learning and change. The body is the same. Its imperfection does not make it a mistake. It is the best physical representation of your energy in this lifetime.

This makes the body more important, not less. A life is not only a series of problems, obstacles, competitions, wins and losses. It is a temporary body through which a being expresses, creates, learns and sorts energy. A high life means being in contact with your own energy and using it to create something that has not existed before.

Organs have needs

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasMock-ups

Everything is energy, including the organs and every part of the physical body. A visible building begins as an idea, drawing, vision and plan before it becomes something that can be touched. The same principle is used here for the body: what is physical also has an energetic beginning and an energetic communication.

Each chakra corresponds to organs and body systems. The chakras are energy centers for spirit, and the organs are energy centers for the body. They overlap. The body is not a launch point for leaving or a vehicle dragged along while spirit does the meaningful work. It is part of the work.

Organs have awareness, needs and mock-ups. They need hellos. The body may carry a picture that giving it what it wants will make it go out of control. That picture reflects a lack of trust with the body, and a habit of trusting someone or something else to set the body's pace.

Hands, feet, skin, brain and other body parts are included in the larger conversation. The human body is described as having about seventy-eight organs, depending on how an organ is defined. Skin is the largest. The brain is treated as a major organ because it coordinates so many functions.

When something in the body is struggling, read the communication. What organ is involved? Which chakra is associated with it? What is happening in that chakra's first three levels? What aura layer is involved? The map looks for the picture, the rule, the memory and the energy behind the body's signal.

Hello before a checklist

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasHello

Begin with hello. Before a checklist, diagnosis or plan, look at the organ and say hello. Notice the response. It may come as color, vibration, a picture, a set of pictures, a craving, a body sensation or a change in the associated chakra.

Then ask simple questions. How are you doing? What do you need? What do you like? The questions open a conversation. The answers may be abstract, odd or more immediate than expected.

A simple meal can change when the body is included in the conversation. A plan for beans and rice can become onions, mushrooms, celery, peppers, carrots, zucchini, broccoli and more food than expected. The point is not a recipe. It is the way the body answers when asked.

The body can be imagined as a whole inner system. Cells, organs, channels, chakras and aura communicate like a solar system with many bodies in motion. Each person's system is unique, even while participating in a larger field.

Perception differs. Several people can look at the same lake and see beauty differently. The teaching makes a strong claim from there: what is real for you is what is in your space, and everything outside your space is perceived through your pictures. That makes inner communication a serious place to begin.

Spleen demonstration and return

Ideas hereChakrasGoldHelloMock-upsRoses

The spleen exercise shows the basic organ conversation.

  1. Settle into the center of the head.
  2. Blow roses, run energy and own the space.
  3. Clear the screen.
  4. Mock up the spleen on the screen.
  5. Notice the spleen's energy and what happens in the body as you look at it.
  6. Ground the spleen.
  7. Ask whether it has been invaded.
  8. Remember that the spleen has awareness, needs and mock-ups.
  9. Say hello to the spleen.
  10. Ask how it is doing.
  11. Ask how much sleep it would like.
  12. Ask its favorite time of day.
  13. Ask what food it likes.
  14. Notice shifts in the second chakra, because the spleen is associated with the second chakra.
  15. Look again at the spleen and see whether it has changed.
  16. Refill the spleen with gold-sun life force.

As the spleen fills, notice any pictures that say self-care is impossible, difficult, too time-consuming or reserved for later in life. Run neutral gold forgiveness through the space to clear old energy around inability to care for yourself.

Then fill the whole body and space with gold. Whatever the outside world says is happening, the inner event is that more of your energy is present than before the hello.

General supplement: awake, embodied attention

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasGrounding

The general supplement begins with awake, embodied attention. Move attention to the center of the head and check the body without fixing it. Notice breath, tension, emotions, stimulation and numb places. A numb place is still communication.

Ground the center of the head. Then notice the first chakra, how it is moving, how it provides for the body, and how the body responds. Spin the first chakra and ground it to the center of the earth.

Let the grounding cord work. As stimulated energy releases, notice where the body has been holding on. Then destroy the grounding cord and compare. What happens to movement, feeling, emotion or consciousness when the first chakra is ungrounded? Create a new cord and release what was stimulated by the change.

Then notice the aura, the space where the reality of life resides. Ask how that reality has been, what has changed, what has not changed, and whether it feels real. Widen the grounding cord to include the aura and release. Grounding the wider space lets the body compare what happens when the aura is included.

General supplement: distinct flows

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasEarth and cosmic energyGrounding

The flow practice separates earth, cosmic, front, back, hands and aura.

  1. Open the foot chakras to 100 percent.
  2. Ground each foot chakra.
  3. Let the feet chakras release before calling energy up.
  4. Bring neutral amethyst-purple earth energy through the feet, legs and first chakra.
  5. Let the first chakra cycle the earth energy down the grounding cord.

Then notice the seventh chakra. Ground it, and call fresh red cosmic energy into the crown. Run it down the back of the head, neck and back channels into the first chakra, where it mixes with earth energy.

Use the percentages as visual settings. Send 10 percent of the cosmic energy down the grounding cord. Send the remaining 90 percent of cosmic energy, with 10 percent of earth energy, up the front channels. At the shoulders, let part of the flow branch through each arm and out the hand chakras. Ground the hand chakras and let them release too.

The flow continues up the neck and face into the seventh chakra, then fountains into the aura. When the aura fills, let the energy release down the grounding cord. The cycle is movement into the space, through the channels, into the aura, and down to the earth.

General supplement: layer themes and replenishment

Ideas hereAura and layersEarth and cosmic energyGoldGroundingKnowingnessRoses

Each aura layer can be grounded and flushed with neutral cosmic and earth energy.

  1. In the first layer, look at safety, survival, holding everything together, and the demand to have it all together.
  2. In the second layer, look at whether there is space for your own emotions or whether other people's feelings and drama set the tone.
  3. In the third layer, look at goals, dreams, old jobs, past failures and what no longer serves achievement.
  4. In the fourth layer, look at old identities, past loves and unrequited love.
  5. In the fifth layer, look at old expression, the responsibility to say the right thing, and the demand to explain yourself.
  6. In the sixth layer, look at other people's perspectives, responsibility and changed ideas of what growth looks like.
  7. In the seventh layer, look at things once known to be true and create space for present-time knowingness.

Each layer gets its own grounding cord. Each layer receives the neutral flush. The flat-earth example shows how truth can change: something once treated as known can stop being the truth you live by.

After all seven layers release, fill with gold sun. When the space is full at 100 percent, fill to 200 percent as an image of abundance. The point is to give non-serving energy no other place to stay. Add a protection rose at the edge, blow three roses, tell the body the meditation is ending, open the eyes and stretch.

Organ supplement: skeleton

Ideas hereChakrasEarth and cosmic energyGoldGroundingHello

The organ supplement begins by turning grounding and flows into a hello to the body. A fresh grounding cord, earth energy, cosmic energy and attention in the center of the head tell the body: I see you handling energy. I know you are handling energy. My attention is here in the body.

Then the skeleton is mocked up on the screen. See the whole skeletal system without judgment. Ground it and notice the color, vibration, invasion or energy it has been handling. The skeleton is associated with the first chakra, so the reading looks at grounding, safety, support and the ability to feel safe in familiar places.

Ask the skeleton how it is doing. Ask what food it likes, what it loves about the current lifestyle, and what changes it wants. Fill it with earth energy and notice the response in the body. Then place the gold sun above the skeleton and fill it with life force.

Create a connection between the skeleton and the first chakra. Ask what the skeleton wants, what it needs, and whether it is lacking anything in nutrition. Then blow up the screen image and return to the center of the head.

Bladder and kidneys

Ideas hereChakrasEarth and cosmic energyHelloMock-ups

The bladder follows the same pattern. Mock it up, ground it, and notice what releases. The bladder has awareness, needs and a mock-up. Say hello. Ask what is happening in the world of the bladder, what its favorite time of day is, what foods it likes, and what its best friends are.

The bladder is associated with the second chakra, along with the ovaries, testicles, womb and genitals. Look at the second-chakra communication without losing amusement. Fill the bladder with earth energy. Then fill every tissue and cell with gold life force. Create a straight line of communication between the bladder and the second chakra so needs can be noticed earlier.

Then mock up the kidneys. The kidneys are described as batteries for body energy and are associated with the third chakra. Ground them and notice what releases first. One kidney may carry more invasion than the other. Say hello and ask how they are doing, what foods they like, and whether they want something they have not been getting.

Fill the kidneys with earth energy. Then replenish them with gold life force. Connect the kidneys to the third chakra and ask what nutrition means for these kidneys, not for kidneys in general and not from a textbook answer. The practice is a conversation with the specific body.

Heart and voice

Ideas hereChakrasEarth and cosmic energyGroundingHello

The heart is paired with the fourth chakra. Mock it up and look at the colors. Which color is your energy? Which colors are not? Ground the heart and let energy move. Family pictures, inherited pictures and old heart material may be present. The heart can handle a lot and attract a lot, yet still not receive a clean hello.

Ask how the heart is doing. Ask what its best friends are. Best friends can be vibration, foods, climates, temperatures, environments or other conditions, not only people. Ask what the heart has been trying to communicate, which pictures no longer work, and whether it has been strained.

Fill the heart with earth energy and notice the effect of that neutral vibration. Then fill the heart with gold life force and coat it with your own energy as protection. Create a connection from the fourth chakra to the heart so the communication can continue: what it likes, what it needs, what it does not like, what it has had too much of, and what it lacks.

The voice box, or larynx, is paired with the fifth chakra. Mock it up and look at its color pattern and vibration. Ground it. The work may light up the thyroid, throat, mouth and ears because this area affects hearing and speech.

The fifth can hold untruths or lies when it is invaded. Say hello to the voice box. Ask what it loves, what helps it thrive, and what parts of life let it shine and have its own space. Fill it with earth energy, then with layers of gold life force. Connect the fifth chakra to the voice box for communication about what it likes, needs, and how it is changing.

Caring about what appears is not the same as fixing it. The first care is a hello, grounding, release, earth energy, life force and communication.

Brain and sixth chakra

Ideas hereChakrasEarth and cosmic energyGoldHello

The brain is paired with the sixth chakra. Mock it up on the screen and notice how much it handles: new information, old information, stored information, undecided information, analysis and processing. Ask how much of the energy is yours and how many other energies are present.

Ground the brain and notice the relief. Ask what quality of hello it has received lately and whether any hello has resonated. Ask how it is doing, what its favorite time of day is, which foods it likes, whether it loves meditation, and what else it likes about the current lifestyle.

Movement here may affect the pineal gland, face, head and sinuses. The sixth chakra is linked here with focus, the big picture, vision and memory. When the area is too clogged, attention and perspective can be harder to hold.

Fill the brain with earth energy, letting it take a break from doing. Then place the gold sun above it and fill the folds, cells, spaces and small places with life force. Watch for new colors and new possibilities.

Create a fresh connection between the sixth chakra and the brain. Ask what the brain likes, wants and needs, and how to give it the nutrition it deserves. Giving the brain more of your life force lets you be more present, more in charge, and more able to care for it.

Spine, whole vehicle and closure

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasEarth and cosmic energyGoldGroundingHelloRoses

The spine and nervous system are paired with the seventh chakra. Mock up the spinal cord and the entire spinal column as a highway of communication and information, the hub of the nervous system. Ground it and look for your vibration. Notice invasion, depression energy, confinement energy, outside controls, and anything else setting the tone.

Say hello to the spinal column. Ask how it is doing and how the traffic is. Ask when it gets the most validation, whether a certain time of day or activity helps it, what foods it likes, whether it wants more movement, whether meditation heals it, and what it has been craving or needing.

Look for places that are full, open or blocked near particular chakras. Fill the spinal column with earth energy from bottom to top and back again. Then widen the grounding cord and drain the earth energy out, along with what it picked up.

After the earth energy drains, fill the spinal column with gold life force. Life force does not have to move in straight lines. It can swell, fill, swirl and live. Ask higher self what validates the spine and what it looks for in health. Then create a fresh connection from the seventh chakra to the spinal column.

Finally, see the body as a whole vehicle of life force. Ask what it takes to own it, care for it, and allow it to house consciousness. Communication brings consciousness to the organs. The aura becomes a home where safety, love, compassion, richness, abundance, mystery, awe and adventure can be created.

Fill the whole body with the gold sun: organs, skin, aura layers, chakras, levels and channels. Blow a rose for perfection. Let the body know that communication will continue, then return.
