Earth energy channels: gold clears the route, you run the energy

Return to present time by grounding and running energy before anything else. Whatever has already been encountered can go into a rose and be blown up. The point is not only to survive the day but to enjoy the skill of energy moving through the body. Earth and cosmic energies cleanse what has been handled and bring the body back into motion.

Attention is gathered next. Bring the crown to gold, collect attention points into one focused point, and place that point in the center of the head. If the head center feels cramped or you get knocked out of it, blow up a rose and move back in. Then clear the near past: waking up, last night's dreams, and going to sleep. Each gets a rose, a color, amusement, and release.

The guide is greeted after you are centered. Placing it in front is a practical way to say hello, not a rule about where it must appear. It adjusts its energy to you and recognizes that it enters only when requested. When the request is made, it moves into the aura and plugs into the back of the hand chakra.

Gold first clears the grounding cord so it has vitality and strength for the day. Then the guide works through the aura. It can move layer by layer or clear all layers at once, all the way around the space. Work energy, family energy, home concerns, friendships, and anything that has been bugging you can be moved out and sent down grounding.

The feet chakras are the overlooked part of the system. They send and receive energy, and when they are blocked it can be hard to feel real, embodied, or connected to earth. Gold gets them spinning and in good working shape.

From the feet, the guide clears the ankles, knees, upper legs, and first chakra. This distinction matters: the guide is not running your earth energy. The guide runs gold through the channel so you can run earth energy yourself. The first chakra, grounding, center of the earth, feet chakras, and leg channels are checked as one lower circuit, with no competition between parts.

When the lower circuit is clear, the guide finishes. It leaves the hand chakra, moves completely out of the aura, and takes all of its energy with it. Re-own the hand chakra and the space it occupied.

Now draw fresh earth energy yourself. Bring it from the center of the earth through the feet chakras, through the legs, into the first chakra, and back down grounding. The upper channels can be lightly touched, but the focus remains on the earth-energy circuit. Finish under the gold sun, create and destroy roses for anything lit up, open the eyes, and carry that grounded tone into reading.
