Healing Guides · Live class 1

An ally governed by an agreement

The idea at the heart of this classGuides: spirit guide and healing guide

Guides: spirit guide and healing guideThe person's aura fills the field: a scalloped egg of three bands, pale cream, lilac and sea green, lighter on the left and deeper on the right, with the seated student lit inside it, hands palm down on the lap. Far off in the upper left corner a small lilac star, the spirit guide, lifelong; near the aura on the upper right, outside it, a large pale crescent, the healing guide, temporary. Each step blooms a colored glow behind the aura. First the star is named, then the crescent. Then gold threads run from the crescent to the backs of both hands only, which glow gold, and are fully gone again. Then the aura's own edge is traced, the guide's place outside it, and the agreement is drawn round the aura as a ring in seven strokes, one for each term. Then a light runs from the student to the crescent as a request, and gold runs to the backs of the hands. Then a rose light of thanks runs to the crescent, the crescent draws back, and a gold sun above the person's head drops light into the crown. Last, after one final healing, the ring unwinds stroke by stroke into a scroll at the foot and the crescent shrinks to nothing. The star remains.lifelongtemporary

This class’s practice

Agreeing terms with a healing guide

5 steps, playing in turn. Choose a number to hold one.

Greet your assigned healing guide outside your aura, then ask about unresolved karma and clear it with gold.

1:03:38 to 1:06:29

Silently state the first terms: you are senior, either side can end the agreement, the guide adjusts and enters only on request.

1:07:03 to 1:08:09

The rest: it touches only the back of the hand chakra and leaves fully, does requested work, uses gold only, and both respect space.

1:08:09 to 1:09:43

Let the guide plug into the back of the hand chakra, run gold through your grounding, then comb your aura.

1:09:43 to 1:11:33

Thank the guide; it unplugs and leaves your aura fully. Reclaim your hand chakra, fill its space with gold sun, then send it off.

1:11:33 to 1:12:41

The star and crescent keep the two guide roles separate. Gold appears only for guide work and personal refill.

A healing guide is introduced as a human being between lives who works only under a seven-part agreement that either side can end.

An ally for self-healing, with room for awkwardness

Ideas hereGoldGroundingGuides: spirit guide and healing guideRoses

Healing Guides begins with a simple limit: the first work is self-healing. Healing someone else is not the goal here. The worry that you might pass your own confusion or heaviness to another person is answered by turning the whole practice back toward your own space first.

A healing guide is introduced as an ally for clearing energy, but that help does not replace ordinary practice. Run energy daily if you can, even for ten minutes. Running energy does not make you more psychic. It clears the material you are already picking up because your sensitivity is already active: tensions at home, conflict at work, other people's moods, and the background pressure of the world around you.

The readings serve the same practical purpose. They are not only a place to perform well. They are a place to clear. A bad mood is not a reason to stay away from practice. It is a reason to come in, keep your behavior clean, run energy, and let the space do its work.

This gives the whole work its frame. The guide is help, not a substitute for being present. Your grounding, center, running energy, roses and gold sun remain the foundation.

Spirit guides are discussed, then distinguished

Ideas hereAura and layersGuides: spirit guide and healing guideOther beings in your space

Not every spiritual experience belongs in public conversation. You can have guides, intuitions and private contact without explaining them to family, employers, social media or every ordinary setting. Discretion protects the work from becoming performance.

Spirit guides are described as beings that may be connected with the goals of this lifetime. They may look human, animal, familiar or symbolic. They belong outside your aura, even when they are helpful. They can assist without living in your space.

The healing guide is different. It is not the guide you were born with. It is not a lifetime spirit guide, an animal guide, or a random being picked up in meditation. It is a human being without a current body, between lives, interested in the body and in healing. For this work, the guide is assigned.

That assignment matters because it answers the first safety concern. The guide is not found by wandering through the astral world. It is selected and placed outside the aura for this specific work. The practice still uses agreements, limits and complete withdrawal because selection is not the same as surrendering your space.

First exercise: present time and fresh energy

Ideas hereChakrasEarth and cosmic energyGoldGroundingRoses

The first practice brings the body into present time before any guide work begins.

  1. Stretch, breathe, close the eyes and find the body: arms, feet, legs, face and breath.
  2. Create a fresh grounding cord from the first chakra to the center of the earth.
  3. Open the feet chakras and bring fresh earth energy up through the feet and legs into the first chakra, then back down the grounding.
  4. Move into the center of the head and be in charge there.
  5. Open or tune the seventh chakra so the amount of cosmic energy feels workable.
  6. Bring cosmic energy down the back channels to the first chakra, blend it with earth energy, then let it rise through the front channels, crown, arms and hands.
  7. Notice fingertips, legs, breathing and the whole body while the energy runs.
  8. Put a rose in front of you and gather scattered attention into it, especially old attention from the previous year, then destroy the rose.
  9. Bring attention back into the center of the head.
  10. Tune the lower three chakras down so you are not absorbing everyone else's material.
  11. Make grounding, your energy system, center of head and gold sun senior to social media, politics, work, home and family.
  12. Fill with your gold energy, make one more rose for anything left behind, destroy it, stretch and open the eyes.

The practice teaches cause rather than effect. You are not only being acted on by the energies around you. You can ground, gather attention, tune your system and fill with your own life force.

Clear visitors without declaring war on the universe

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasGroundingGuides: spirit guide and healing guideOther beings in your spaceRoses

Many beings do not understand personal space in the way an embodied person must. A hello can be read as an invitation. A being, a guide, an energy in a place, or someone else's presence may follow attention home and end up in the aura. The issue is not always malice. Sometimes it is boundary confusion.

The answer is not to clear every being out of existence. The answer is to clear your own aura. When you are in your body, grounded, centered and gathered, very little can get to you in the same way. If you are scattered through work, community, relationship, fear or fascination, you are easier to disturb.

Use the aura-clearing practice to reset your space before calling in the guide.

  1. Touch your grounding, running energy and chakra system lightly.
  2. Bring the crown to gold and notice the aura around, above, below, behind and in front.
  3. Recreate the aura with a pleasing color or image.
  4. Try the feeling of a mountaintop, then a field, then a private place from childhood.
  5. Destroy those images and create the aura again in any color or image that feels like yours.
  6. Say hello to the whole family group, put that energy in a rose and destroy the rose.
  7. Do the same with work, career, clients, bosses, reports, coworkers or anyone linked to your professional space.
  8. Do the same with community energy: neighbors, shops, building, local groups and the people nearby.
  9. Do the same with any spirit guides living in the aura. Guides can be wanted and still belong outside your space.
  10. Fill the cleared aura with gold, check grounding and return.

Nobody is harmed by being moved out. The practice is symbolic separation, not punishment. It gives your aura enough quiet for the healing guide agreement to be specific.

Self-use of the hands before sharing their access

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasGoldGroundingPersonal healing energyRoses

The hand chakras can send and receive energy. Before any guide uses that access, you practice using it for yourself.

  1. Sit in meditation with the hands resting palms up.
  2. Say hello to the feet chakras, leg channels, back channels, front channels, chakra system and hand chakras.
  3. Let gold energy emanate from the hand chakras into the aura.
  4. Direct the gold through the front, back, top, bottom and sides of the aura.
  5. Turn the palms toward the thighs.
  6. Send gold into the legs, feet, knees, hips and ankles.
  7. Send gold through the grounding cord.
  8. Run gold through torso, arms, face, head or any place that needs it.
  9. Turn the palms up again, stop the output, let the hand chakras return to normal, make and destroy a rose, and open the eyes.

This gold is different from the personal gold sun, even if it feels similar. The gold sun replenishes your space with your own life force. Hand-chakra gold is healing energy generated through the hands. Some people feel it as warmth or power. Some feel less than they feel from the gold sun. Some remember that they already use touch in this way. No single route is made superior for everyone.

The point is access. If your hands can send gold, a guide can be allowed to send gold through that same limited route.

Limited access and the second safety question

Ideas hereChakrasGuides: spirit guide and healing guideMediumship and controlOther beings in your space

The guide does not receive general access to the body. It receives a tiny, temporary permission at the backs of the hand chakras. The backs of the hand chakras become the working doorway. The rest of the body remains yours.

This protects the life experience. If another being takes over the body, you do not receive the healing in the same way. If you are grounded, present, centered and in your body while the guide works only through the hand chakras, you still have the experience. The guide helps, but you remain the one with the body.

The agreement can always end. If the guide feels wrong, intrusive or no longer useful, the agreement is breakable. The selected guides are presented as beings with integrity, but integrity does not remove the need for boundaries. A clean agreement is what lets the work happen without takeover.

Weak sensation is not failure. You may clear a difficult picture without feeling much gold in the body. Some bodies carry enough invalidation that good energy is not immediately felt. Some people are more feeling-oriented. Others see that energy has cleared and move on. The practice does not require one standard of sensation.

Assignment and seven explicit terms

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasGroundingGuides: spirit guide and healing guideSeniorityThe cosmic cop

The assignment begins by placing the healing guide outside the aura. Say hello without demanding one kind of response. You may receive a name, an image, a color, a feeling, or only a slight sense that something is present.

Before the agreement, ask whether there is old karma between you and the guide. If anything unresolved comes forward, bring it into present time, run gold through it and clear it. Then have the guide adjust its vibration to you. The healing happens with your body, so the guide must match gently enough for the body to have the work.

The agreement has seven terms:

  1. You, the being with the body, are senior. The guide uses your body and energy for healing only when you say it is time. Either side can end the agreement.
  2. The guide adjusts its energy to you so the healing is comfortable and in affinity with your healing process.
  3. The guide respects your space and enters body or aura only when requested.
  4. The guide connects only to the backs of the hand chakras and moves completely out when the healing is complete.
  5. The guide does only the healing work requested. It may make suggestions, but additional work requires your agreement.
  6. The guide uses only gold energy during the healing.
  7. You and the guide respect each other's space while you both learn about healing and being in the body.

These terms remain the pattern for later work. They can also clarify how to relate to other guides, but this agreement is specifically for the healing guide.

The first healing stays limited.

  1. Let the guide move into the aura and touch the backs of the hand chakras.
  2. Have it run gold through the grounding cord, from the first chakra to the center of the earth.
  3. Notice how the body responds when another being helps ground you.
  4. Have it comb gold through the aura: back, left side, front, right side, above and below.
  5. Let energy that is not you neutralize and release into the earth.
  6. Have the guide finish the grounding and aura work.
  7. Thank the guide, have it unplug from the hand chakras, and move your own energy back into the hand chakras.
  8. Have the guide move completely out of the aura.
  9. Fill with gold-sun energy wherever space was shared, send the guide off, check grounding and return.

The ending is part of the technique. A healing is incomplete if the guide remains plugged in afterward.

Reports, uncertainty and another short pass

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasGoldGroundingRosesSeniority

The guide may feel more powerful, clearer or cleaner than working alone. The shared quality can matter, like doing something with a friend. It may feel like a hand on the arm, a color, a gravitational grounding, a machine-like support or a presence that arrived before the formal invitation. These experiences are treated as information, not as a demand for proof.

If an old control energy lights up near the crown, do not assume every form of control is bad. Clear the control you do not want. Sometimes the lower levels need to feel safe before upper-level material can release. Grounding can make crown-level clearing possible.

If the guide feels like a deceased parent or another familiar figure, separate the experiences. The assigned guide is not that parent. A parent or another familiar energy may react, protect, intrude or appear nearby. Put that energy in a rose and move it out if it does not belong in the guide work.

The uncertainty itself can soften if you play with the practice. You do not have to prove the guide beyond all doubt before trying the agreement. Work with it daily, keep the terms clean, observe the effect, and notice whether the practice benefits you.

A second short healing uses the agreement already made.

  1. Ground, run energy, return to the center of the head and be in charge.
  2. Put a rose at the edge of the aura and say hello to the guide.
  3. Let it enter under the existing agreement and plug into the backs of the hand chakras.
  4. Have it run gold through the grounding and clear old material from the previous year.
  5. Have it clear the aura of old-year energy so the space is up to date.
  6. Agree to work daily so the relationship becomes more comfortable and real.
  7. Have the guide unplug, leave the hand chakras and step completely out of the aura.
  8. Re-own the hand chakras and the space where the guide was.
  9. Be under the gold sun, notice release down the grounding and replenishment from your own energy, create and destroy one last rose, then return.

The final emphasis is relationship to your own energy. The guide helps clear what is not you. Your gold sun fills with what is you. Seniority means you keep both parts distinct.
