Owning your space

The idea at the heart of this classOwnership

Ownership of your own space A seated figure sits inside a large flower of warm petals, apricot, salmon, rose and cream. First a gold sun glows above the head and the petals fill in from below the feet to above the head, while two lights rise up the flower's edge. Then the figure fills with gold from the feet up and a light rises the spine. Then the flower draws back into a halo and one picture appears in front: an arched pastel panel with a pale sky, a lilac hill, a small house and a small figure at its door. Gold leader lines run from it to three callouts in turn: from the figure to "who appears"; from threads drawn through the scene, three warm and two green, to "how much is yours"; and, as the frame turns green and a green spiral mark appears in its corner, from that mark to "whose creation". Then the picture rises, unchanged, and a gold line forks from it to two equal options, "keep it" and "take your energy back", neither lit above the other. Last the figure returns in its flower, four lilac corners of the room light, and blue lines run from each corner to one point in the middle and from there up to the center of the figure's head. who appears how much is yours whose creation keep ittake your energy back

Own your space

6 steps, playing in turn. Choose a number to hold one.

See your aura about 20 to 24 inches all around, ground it, and clear back, left, front and right of work and other people's energy.

02:12 to 03:55

Make an alive, magnetic gold sun of your energy and pour it into the aura, starting about two feet below your feet.

04:01 to 05:30

Fill upward like a teacup: legs, hips, belly, chest, arms, throat, then above your head, sitting in a bubble of your own energy.

05:30 to 07:49

Top off so the gold spills over and coats the aura's edge. Intending to own your space already works.

07:49 to 08:33

Shine the sun into the crown, then fill the body from the feet upward to the face, adding more of your energy where it aches.

08:49 to 11:37

Refresh the aura with gold; you need not earn or deserve it. Ground the aura's rim to clear others' attention.

11:37 to 12:46

Your space filled with your own energy, and the separate question of whose creation a picture is.Your space, in your own warm tones Another's: their energy, their creation The blue lines that own a room Warm tones mark your own energy and green marks another's. Blue is used only for the room's lines, which the source calls blue.

Owning a room stays separate from expanding your aura, which makes everyone in it your responsibility.

Owning your space means filling it with your own energy, making it matter more than anything else there, without needing to earn or deserve it.

Playful release rather than a chore

Owning your space starts with a grounding cord that feels alive. Create one that is irreverent, then blow it up. Create one that is solid and real, then blow it up. Create one that is light, then blow it up. The final cord should speak to you through color, image and quality.

This quick clearing helps the grounding become accurate and up to date. Once it is set, let excess energy release from the belly, lower back, upper back, chest, shoulders, limbs, head and face.

Then say hello to the aura. Visualize the space around the body, about twenty to twenty-four inches in every direction. Put a wide grounding cord on that whole field. Clear what does not feel right behind you, on the left, in front and on the right. Let work energy, family energy, friends' energy and everyone else's energy move out.

Own the field by inhabiting it

Make a new gold sun that is alive, magnetic and filled with your life force. Do not use a dull image. Fill it with your energy, your magnetism and your life force.

Pay special attention to the aura. Pour gold into the very bottom of the field, about two feet below the physical feet. Fill it like a teacup, from the bottom upward.

Use a steady sequence.

  1. Fill below the feet.
  2. Fill around the feet, legs and knees.
  3. Fill around the hips and waist.
  4. Fill around the belly, chest, shoulders, arms and hands.
  5. Fill around the throat, neck, head and above the head.

Lower space can be easier for dancers, soccer players or anyone who uses the legs strongly, but anyone can fill it. If one sun does not have enough energy, blow it up and make another.

Ownership begins as your energy becomes more important than anything else that was in the field. If there was emptiness, fill that too. Intending to own the space already works because your energy is present there. Let the gold top off, spill over the edge of the aura, and smooth the outside.

Then fill the body and finish the edge

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasGoldOwnership

With the aura full, renew both groundings: one for the whole space and one from the first chakra to the earth. Then shine the gold sun into the crown chakra at the top of the head until there is no room for other energy there.

Fill the physical body from the feet upward.

  1. Fill feet, feet chakras and ankles.
  2. Fill lower legs, knees, upper legs and hips.
  3. Fill belly, lower back, organs, blood, muscles and torso.
  4. Fill chest, shoulders, arms, hands and fingers.
  5. Fill neck, throat, head, face, eyes, ears, nose, mouth and brain.

When an ache or off feeling appears, give that place more of your own energy. The work is not only getting rid of something. It is supersaturating the body with your life force.

Refresh the aura again with gold. You do not need to deserve or earn your space. Finally, ground the rim of the aura and clear attention points from anyone else. Open the eyes with the field owned and the edge smooth.
