Non-resistance: let it move through

The idea at the heart of this classProtection and non-resistance

Protection and non-resistance A lit seated figure sits inside a large circle that marks its field. First a peach cord under the figure widens from narrow to twice, then four times as wide, until it covers the torso. Then a gold sun appears above, and the circle fills with gold from the bottom up while its edge traces on. Then the sun narrows and settles into the crown as a gold flower. Then energy arrives from four sides in turn: lilac lines from behind, coming down on the right of the head, blue lines from the right, rose lines from the front, coming down on the left, and green lines from the left. Each family of six curves bends like iron filings round the outline of the body, never touching it, and joins the wide cord below the seat; it runs with light, then rests in a deeper tone while the next arrives. Last everything is still: the crown is gold and one slow light runs down the cord.

This class’s practice

Letting energy move through

6 steps, playing in turn. Choose a number to hold one.

Ground, call attention back and slide into the center of the head. Remember to breathe and stretch, because this is waking up.

01:06 to 02:10

Recreate your space as a bubble about 24 inches around you, ground it, and fill space and body with your gold sun.

02:10 to 04:25

Fill the crown with gold like a vessel. The crown sets your overall vibration and gold sets it to non-resistance.

04:55 to 05:58

With the crown at gold, make a new resistance-free grounding and a fresh bubble of space, letting caught energy flow out.

05:58 to 06:59

Notice energy coming in from the right, behind, left and front. Don't resist it: let it move in, through and out down the grounding.

07:31 to 09:11

Check your grounding and recreate the whole space filled with non-resistance. You do not resist, at least not at this moment.

09:41 to 10:31

Protection as the tools used together: grounding, a filled field and non-resistance.The grounding, four times as wide The field, filled with your own gold Energy arriving: in, through and down The four colors of the lines only tell the four sides apart: right, behind, left and front. Gold is the exercise color; every other color is a drawing choice.
Not foughtIn, through, outWhat arrives moves through the field and leaves down the grounding.
Not foreverAt this momentThe exercise closes with non-resistance for now, not a permanent state.

Protection is drawn as movement through grounding and a filled field, not as hardness.

Setting the crown at gold sets non-resistance for this exercise, so incoming energy can move in, through and out the grounding instead of getting stuck.

Recreate a space and replenish

Call attention and energy back to the body. Create a grounding cord from the first chakra to the center of the earth and let work, responsibility and anxiety release down it. Grounding is an ongoing communication with the earth.

Bring attention back from work, friends, family and home. Focus it in front of you, then slide into the center of the head. Breathe and stretch as needed. Closed eyes may tell the body to sleep, but this practice is waking up.

Recreate personal space as a bubble about twenty-four inches around, above and below the body. Ground it. Then create a gold sun and fill the aura and body with your own energy. This setup already protects because grounding and filled space give incoming energy somewhere else to go.

Set the crown at gold for this local purpose

Now focus the gold sun into the crown chakra as if filling a vessel. The crown sets the overall vibration. In this practice, gold sets the vibration to non-resistance.

Use that setting in sequence:

  1. Fill the crown with gold.
  2. Create a new grounding cord with no resistance in it.
  3. Let caught energy or incoming energy flow through the grounding and out.
  4. Recreate the aura as a new bubble made from non-resistance.
  5. Let energy caught in the space release down to the earth.
  6. Sit in the center of the head without resistance.

Non-resistance does not mean letting energy own the space. It means energy does not have to get stuck. It can move in, through and out.

From the head center, notice the right side, behind you, the left side and the front. Energy from work, responsibilities, neighborhood or community may be coming from any direction. Let it move through and down the grounding rather than tightening around it.

Protection does not promise permanent immunity

Ideas hereAura and layersGoldGroundingProtection and non-resistance

Anything that bugs or nags can release the same way. While the crown is at gold, protection comes because energy does not get stuck. The body and aura do not have to brace against every contact.

Check the grounding, crown, gold sun and head center. Create a whole new space filled with non-resistance.

The limit is part of the practice: you are not resisting at this moment. If resistance returns later, recreate the exercise. The protection is renewed by doing it again, not by pretending the setting will stay forever.

Practice

The guided practice runs from 00:00:05 to 00:10:30. Do it whole, from the preparation through the return. It uses tools from earlier lessons.

Explicit return present. Preserve the final momentary qualifier and distinguish crown-at-gold use from all other gold functions.
