Make room for an experience that does not fit the categories
Ideas hereChakrasEarth and cosmic energyGoldGroundingHello
Male and female energy work brings up access, identity and pictures. One person may rediscover a grounding they had forgotten. Another may meet resistance because the available pictures of masculinity or femininity do not fit their life.
A channel of experience can be crowded by pictures that are not yours. Straight athletic masculinity, sentimental femininity, toughness, softness, puppies, emotional movies, jocks, roles and expectations can all sit on top of an energy and make it hard to access. The body then adapts around what is crowded and uses the space that remains.
The answer is not to force a ratio. Find what is yours. Take your energy out of the pictures. Move the pictures out. Let the body have access to the energy without having to fit the stereotype attached to it.
The separate workshops create a real tension. Separate rooms can allow more depth because people with a shared experience may stay present longer. At the same time, the categories can exclude or confuse people whose experience does not fit them. The tension remains visible. Do not erase it.
Stereotypes are handled as pictures, not definitions. If a picture exists in the culture or in the body, look at it and clear it. Pretending the picture is not there does not move it. Calling it out and moving the energy gives the person more choice.
A positive experience with masculinity does not cancel another person's discomfort with the category. Both can be true. One person may find a welcome side of masculinity through men around them. Another may find the same language alienating. Read the energy in front of you.
Fear around an attractive person is usually not fear of female energy or male energy by itself. It is fear of rejection, fear of not being received, fear of not being included, or fear that the desired person will not see you.
To clear pictures around gendered energy, use the tools already known:
- Take your energy out of the pictures.
- Blow the pictures.
- Ground the third chakra.
- Run the energy at a vibration and look at it clairvoyantly.
- Notice how much is yours.
- Clear what is not yours.
During reading, male or female energy may be running. Female grounding is allowed. The caution is about dominance. Do not amplify either one until it becomes the main flow. Neutral earth and cosmic energy should carry the reading. Turning both gendered flows down is also allowed.
The gold sun is still personal life force. If your life force includes gendered energy, that does not make the gold sun wrong. The restriction is on emphasis during reading, not on being a person with those energies.
Trust also begins here. A reader may see a lumberjack in a gentle person's space and judge it as wrong, only to learn that the recipient had just imagined a lumberjack before the reading. Some pictures will not make sense to the reader. They may still communicate exactly to the recipient.
Repeated themes are not proof that a reader is recycling. Families, neighborhoods, social groups, culture, age, media and shared lifestyle can all pass pictures around. A group of friends may be running one picture. A city neighborhood may be running one picture. Read what appears.
Media and games can expand picture vocabulary. A period film, a history book, a trip or an intense game can give the reader images that later carry information. A picture from a game is not automatically false. It may be the available reference point for the energy.
Silence brings another pressure. The reader may want to wait for certainty and also fear that waiting too long creates a block. That tension is part of center-chair practice. The task is to own the space enough to see, speak and keep looking.
Own the reading without managing everyone

The center chair owns the reading. Side chairs may be present. A monitor may be present. The reading is still between the center chair and the recipient.
Instruction supplies techniques, but readings bring the personal mock-ups. Desired change, insight, movement and growth arrive through the act of reading. Clairvoyance is not only seeing. It is also being seen as the reader.
Being seen clears energy. Center chair can feel light, exhausting, elating, exposed, proud, hungry for validation or uncomfortable with validation. Those responses are part of the growth period. They are not instructions for how to come down afterward.
A reader can see a picture because there is some related reference point. It may be from this life, another life, culture, media or another form of experience. If you had no contact with green, you would not have a word for green. Reading uses what the reader can recognize while still looking at the recipient's energy.
The ordinary aura reading is fifty minutes. First comes the reading color, drawn from the birth name. Then the opening material: immortal-being rose, past life and body-being clock. Then about twenty-five minutes for the seven aura layers. The last twenty minutes are for questions.
The birth name is used because it is the first written label attached to the spirit after birth. It functions like an agreement. A current name can be more useful for a current work or relationship question. A birth name is useful for deeply rooted material. Nicknames and old names carry their own pictures.
For each aura layer, keep the structure simple:
- Name the layer.
- Say what the layer holds.
- Identify the vibration or color.
- Locate the person's energy.
- Describe the picture.
A rose can support the reader silently. The recipient does not need to hear every internal step. If the first layer reads as electric blue, say that the vibration is blue with an electric charge. Do not create a second narrated picture out of the rose before reading the layer picture.
If a color appears directly, use it. If attention gets stuck, create a rose and go back to basics.
The first layer holds safety, survival, food, clothing, shelter and providing for the body. The second holds emotion, sensuality, sexuality, passion and desire. The third holds energy distribution, achievement, success, power and control. The fourth holds affinity, self-love, identity and community.
The fifth holds communication, individual voice, expression and truth. It is different from the fourth because it is not only commonality; it is individual expression. The sixth holds clairvoyance, vision, seeing and being seen. The seventh holds knowing, spirit communication and finding answers.
Question time also belongs to the center chair. Look at the question first, especially if it is uncomfortable. Do not pass it to a side chair because you are avoiding it, because the side chair wants attention, because you feel bad, or because pressure is coming toward you. Pass it only when the added view serves the reading.
The center chair is not responsible for healing side chairs. Do not ground them, heal them or caretake them. If someone is disruptive, address it directly. Ask them to quiet down, regain their space or step out if the setting allows it. In an outside reading, handle it with less drama and more professional language.
Use accurate language. Do not say, "let's all reground," if only another person needs to reground. Say what is true. If you need to readjust yourself for an outside recipient, use plain language. Insider terms can make recipients feel excluded from their own reading.
The reading color can change only at the beginning. If you state it, readjust before the first layer and see that it has shifted, use the new color. If one or two layers have already been read, keep the original reading color.
If the recipient has no questions, offer choices. Ask whether they want more about a layer already covered. Ask which picture was most interesting. Looking at the question they do not want to ask is possible only when the reader and recipient are comfortable with it. A rose may show the question or the energy around it. Refusal is not permission to pry.
Stay in your space while looking into another

Practice timing asks for concise reading. Get the color, get the person's energy, read a quick picture and move. Do not avoid the weird part. Read the uncomfortable image rather than fleeing to the next layer. Save expansion for question time.
Say aura layers, not chakras, when reading aura layers. Say "I see" rather than "I feel" or "I think" when the task is clairvoyant reading. The words teach the body where to read from.
A sad image can pull a reader out of sixth-chakra seeing and down into fourth-chakra emotional engagement. From there, regrounding may happen from the fourth and leave the original vantage unchanged. The information becomes clunky because the reader is feeling into the picture rather than seeing it from the center of the head.
A match is a place where the reader is also stuck or resonant. The picture may stop yielding information at the point where the reader has not moved through the same kind of energy. A match can feel sad, intense, authoritative, exciting or validating. It is not always distress.
Your aura is your reality, and it is full of pictures. In a reading, it is easy to lose your space. The recipient may lose space. A side chair may react. A picture may be intimate. The reader may get bored. Any of those can pull attention out.
Boredom is not proof that the reading is empty. It can mean the reader is bored with the pictures in their own space. No place is more meant for you than your own space. If being there feels strange, the body may be used to running on energy that is not yours.
The food analogy explains the adjustment. A body accustomed to poison may reject vegetables. In energy, a body accustomed to other people's energy may resist its own life force. The goal is to become full enough of your own energy that any invading energy is obvious.
Clean space gives the other analogy. In a clean house, one moved object is easy to notice. In a clear aura, another person's energy stands out. Your space is protection and habitat. It is where your body can grow.
Some pictures say it is selfish to have your own space. Some families or cultures say space must be shared, that separations are rude, or that protection roses mean rejection. You may choose to share. Still, your aura is not meant to be everyone else's habitat.
Looking at another person's picture is communication. Going in to fix, solve, advise or heal is invasion. Your answer to a shared difficulty may not be their answer. If you are trying to solve the picture, you are probably in their space.
Pull back. Describe what you see. Center of head is the landmark. When you are in the center of your head, you are in the center of your space, in the driver's seat of your energy system. If you are not there, you may be almost anywhere.
Dropping to the fourth can show up as body response, emotional merging, hand movements, clunky information or trying to feel the reading into place. Do not lower the fourth setting just to avoid this. The fourth has benefits. Practice returning to sixth instead.
This is not intuition versus judgment. It is seeing versus feeling, with knowing as another possible source. A volcano may be felt first, then inspected visually. Words may come from a picture even when no written words appear.
Other positions can operate too. Seventh-position information can sound like knowing without picture detail. Monitors may use a seventh-position overview because they are watching the whole reading. This practice emphasizes sixth-position picture reading because it is cleaner for this purpose.
Care for your space outside readings too. Running energy can become automatic while attention is at work or elsewhere. The aura still needs care. A messy home can reflect a messy space, especially when the home is shared. No judgment is needed. Seeing the condition lets you move energy.
The closing practice audits space. Clear others from the center of the head. Run earth and cosmic energy. Create a rose for yesterday and ask whether you were in your space. Blow it. Create a rose for your space right now and see what percentage of your energy is there.
Call your energy back from work, crisis, relationships, old jobs, family, attraction, authority, another person's pain and any place you left it. Being in your space does not mean being alone. It means being full and able to go anywhere from yourself.
Ground the rose for your space and release everyone else's energy. Burst it in the aura to set a new tone. Create a gold mock-up for center chair that includes being in your own space, what you want from the training, permission to fail, permission to be imperfect, permission to learn for yourself and permission to heal your vision.
Ground the mock-up, release others' energy, keep your life force, run neutral gold through it and let it go. Fill every aura layer, the body and the center of the head with your own life force. Then stretch, open the eyes and return.
In everyday life. In a conversation where you want to solve someone's problem, separate what they said, what you inferred and the solution you want. Ask whether they want that solution before treating your answer as theirs.
Ask: Can a reader use gendered energy at all? When may the reading color change? Why keep the fourth open if the reader drops into feeling? Does pausing to find words mean nothing was seen?
Possible answers
Gendered energy may flow, but neutral earth and cosmic energy should carry the reading. A reading color can change only right at the beginning, not after layers have been read. The fourth has useful functions, so the skill is returning to sixth rather than suppressing the fourth. Seeing and wording are separate; words may arrive slowly even when the picture is present.
