A picture is a way the teaching names an energy

Everything can be worked as energy, and for clairvoyant practice energy can be worked as color, vibration and picture. Intellectual information is energy. A dream is a picture. A memory is a picture. The advantage of picture-level reading is certainty: instead of sensing that something is vaguely present, the reader has a visible form to describe.
If a reader asks what picture an energy is getting in on, do not look only for a second literal scene behind the first one. Ask what picture makes that particular energy something the person resists. One person may ignore a faraway hostile energy and become hooked by a neighbor's strange look. The difference is the picture in the person's space.
A simple example is the picture that everyone is nice. If that picture is running, ordinary unkindness can feel shocking again and again. Clearing the picture does not make all people harmless. It removes the vulnerability created by insisting that reality must match the picture.
If a picture is old, ask whether it still works. A child who is dumb and adorable may get gifts and affection. An adult using the same picture in a job interview may not get hired. A work group may share a picture that work is miserable. If you clear your agreement with that picture, the group may react before it celebrates your freedom.
Growth includes other people responding to your changed vibration. It is easy to say you can handle your growth period. The harder part may be handling everyone else handling you having one. Sleep, food, friends and ordinary care still matter, but the energetic work is also social: your old agreements no longer fit the same way.
Changing pictures changes the reality you operate from. A hospital worker, surfer, dancer, family or workplace may each live inside a different picture of what is normal. The practice does not need every picture removed. It looks for the charged filters that hold life force and keep shaping perception.
A few core pictures may carry a large portion of stuck energy. When a reading hits one, you may space out, get moody, feel depressed, hate the room or feel suddenly wrong. If that happens, do not call it failure. You contacted energy. Come back, put it in a rose, blow it up and continue.
The picture is easier to clear after some of your life force comes out of it. If all your energy is in the picture, blowing it can feel like cutting off an arm. Grounding, returning attention to the center of the head and breathing withdraw energy gradually. Eventually the picture becomes just a picture, and then you can choose.
A picture filters the room like a cup held in front of the eyes. While your energy is invested, everything looks through that filter. When the energy comes out, the room becomes visible again. Find the exact core picture and related pictures may collapse, like the bottom orange pulled from a stacked display.

If seeing is inconsistent, ask first what is present at that exact time. A peer can read what is in the way. The general correction is less effort, more amusement and less responsibility for being impressive. Effort tightens sight. Amusement gives it room.
Image-making itself can be simple. Ask someone not to imagine pink elephants and the picture appears. The hard part is not producing an image. The hard part is living with the implications of seeing energy in health, goals, community, relationships and the pictures that shape a life.
This is commitment, not discipline in the forceful sense. Commitment means returning to the chair, grounding, looking again and speaking what appears. It does not mean trying harder until sight appears. If effort destroys clairvoyance, the correction is not more effort.
If you call something unconsciousness, read the energy instead of stopping at the label. What color is it? Is there a picture? What happens in the body when it appears? If you can name it, some part of it is already available to awareness. The next step is not to accept a definition, but to sit neutrally and read what is present.
If you pop out of a reading, treat that like hitting a picture in a dream. You were in the image, something was contacted and suddenly you were back. Return to the center of the head, run energy, reset the chakras and ask what picture threw you out.
Understanding can help, but understanding is not the same as experience. Knowing that you like chocolate may only add guilt to the desire. The practice works slightly below the line of analysis: breathe, be with the energy and watch what rises. Explanation can come later.
A date gives the everyday comparison. If you spend the whole date analyzing why the other person said each sentence, you may miss the actual experience of being with them. The important information may be simple: I feel happy here, guarded here, sad here or alive here.
Reading another person requires the same respect for difference. If you see trouble at work, do not immediately offer the answer that would fit your career stage. Someone beginning a career needs different information from someone leaving one. Look at the person as they are, not as a version of you.
Adjusting a setting is different from filling it with yourself

The chakra-cleanout sequence teaches ownership by setting. A chakra can be open and full of other people's energy. A chakra can be lower and full of you. A lower opening with ownership may serve better than a wide opening without ownership.
Begin with grounding. Make the grounding cord instantly strong and present. Run light earth and cosmic energy. Open the hand chakras and notice sensation. The body does not need an elaborate construction project before it can release energy.
Tune the lower three chakras for seated work:
- Set the first chakra to ten percent open. Step out of crisis, survival matches and other people's emergencies.
- Set the second chakra to ten percent open. Release drama and emotional charge without condemning emotion.
- Set the third chakra around forty to fifty percent, enough to sit in the chair and stay conscious. If that is not enough, open it slightly more. If you space out, bring in more earth energy, widen grounding and breathe.
The lower settings let the body rest while the spirit works. Rest does not mean deadness. It means the body is not using all its energy to run crisis, drama or activity while you read.
Then tune the fourth chakra to twenty percent open. Ground it. Run earth and cosmic energy through it, then gold. Look for holes, missing energy and cords. Fill and repair. The fourth holds affinity, being at one and connection with self, home, life and loved ones. If it has been blown open or shut down, a clean twenty percent setting may feel safer than the old habit.
Tune the fifth chakra to twenty percent. Communication can be overtaxed by work, social media, family and constant contact. Turn down the traffic. Run earth, cosmic and gold through the fifth. Remove cords, whether threadlike or huge. Re-own expression, hearing, intuition and communication.
Tune the sixth chakra to twenty percent. It may be blown open because everyone is trying to know what everyone else thinks, or shut down because the body wants relief. Ground it, fill holes with gold, unplug cords and bring it into alignment. Twenty percent open with you in it is not blindness. It can be clearer than eighty percent open and full of other people.
Tune the seventh chakra to twenty percent. If it is wide open, there may be overwhelm. If it is dull, nothing new may be entering. Bring it down into the top of the head if it is floating. Remove control cords. Run gold through all levels of the crown and repair it.
After setting all seven, refill with personal gold. Split the gold sun into four smaller suns: front, back, left and right. Move them to the first chakra and shine gold in from all directions. Then move upward through the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth. Let the fourth be oversaturated. Recombine the suns above the head and fill the seventh.
This gold is your life force. It is not the neutral gold used for other kinds of clearing. It fills the second so feelings run on your energy, the third so activity runs on your energy, the fifth so communication runs on your energy, the sixth so sight is your point of light, and the seventh so the spirit of you is filled with your energy.
Emotional range can coexist with neutrality

First-layer work may make embodiment feel more intense. Commitment here means commitment to your body, lifetime and goals, not to a person or organization. As you become more present, people may notice and ask for your time, advice or attention. That does not mean you must become automatically available.
If someone comes to you with need, choose. You may decide to listen, ground and let them release energy while they talk. You may decide not to give the time. More presence makes choice more important, not less.
Second-layer work begins with representation. Create a red rose, a blue rose, an orange rose and a tiger-striped rose. Destroy each. Then create a moody rose, a sick rose, a hungry rose and an amorous rose. Destroy each. This teaches that a rose can represent a color, a mood, a body state or a desire. There is no right version.
Next create a rose that represents you. Look at its color. Ground it. Drain everyone else's energy from it. Fill it with gold from a gold sun, then destroy it. This clears the representation before deeper second-layer reading begins.
Instead of looking down into the body, look out front. Create a rose for grounding, then one for the body, then one for the second layer of the aura. Read the second-layer rose for color and quality. Run gold through it and gently release what is ready.
Ask the second-layer rose three questions:
- How much fear is present, and is the fear yours?
- How much validation comes through emotions and feelings?
- How much power is present in your own psyche?
The power question does not mean power over another person. It means emotional power as an ability in your own psyche. If it feels controlling, read that judgment too. A person may be afraid of emotional power because it has been used to push, persuade or overwhelm. That does not mean the ability itself is wrong.
Empathy has more than one direction. An empath can receive other people's emotions and feelings. An empath can also broadcast emotion, as a performer may do. If your emotions affect the room, read that as energy and ability, not as a reason to shame the second layer.
Emotions are body communication. A family may teach that too much joy is unsafe, anger is forbidden, sadness is weak or volatility is unacceptable. The body then narrows its range. Medication may quiet a feeling, but the practice still asks what message the body was sending. Anger, sadness, boredom, exhilaration and grief can all be appropriate communication.
Emotional range differs by person. Some bodies move quickly through highs and lows. Others are smoother. Neutrality does not require every body to use the same range. The question is whether the range is yours, whether judgment has narrowed it, and whether you can hear what the body is saying.
The partner reading looks at the second layer. Read the color, picture, whose energy is present and which emotions the person communicates through. If there is nothing else to read, look at the back for what is hidden, the front for what is shown and the sides for different qualities. Location gives more information, but the basic task remains second-layer seeing.
Emotional range can also be something admired in others. If you gave up seniority to someone because their range seemed cooler, wilder or more alive, create a rose for that person and call your seniority back. You can only admire that quality because some version of it exists in you.
If you turned off emotional expression because someone else could not handle it, create a rose for that moment and collect your energy. Let your energy return through the gold sun. Let what is not yours fall into grounding. The goal is not to perform emotion for others. It is to recover the right to feel and communicate through your own body.
Neutrality is not the absence of emotion. It is not boredom, sameness or a flat tone. You may feel exhilaration and still be neutral if you are not judging the feeling. Clear outside judgment from the second chakra. Then clear your own judgment about what you feel.
Finish by mocking up a week without judgment about feeling. You may feel wonder. You may feel nothing special. You may feel something difficult. The practice is to stay in communication with the body, fill with gold where energy was released, stretch and return.
In everyday life. After a charged conversation, separate the feeling, the interpretation and the action. The feeling may be real body communication without being a command.
Possible answers
Sadness does not mean neutrality has failed. A picture that once helped may now constrain. A vivid invented rose can still be useful if it helps you see the energy it represents. The question is what the representation reveals and what remains an assumption.
