Who sets the tone?

The idea at the heart of this classColor: a detail in a situation

Color read in its situation A large quatrefoil of four overlapping circles, cut into quarters, pale lilac at rest, sits over flat clay-rose strata of earth, framed by four slender diagonal petals, cream on the left and lilac on the right. At its center is a hub, cream on the left half and pale lilac on the right, holding a disc of the colour being read. First a cord drops from the quatrefoil into the earth four times in turn, red, yellow, blue and earth brown; each one is made, then falls away as the next is made, and the lobes take those four colours, all the same size. Then the whole quatrefoil turns one identical red, the quarter lines step back, and four common readings appear one after another along a single arc over the hub: a stop sign, anger, passion, love. Then the words fade and the red stays, its hub open and empty. Then the quatrefoil turns pale and a deep purple sits alone in the hub, labelled this purple, earlier. Then each lobe holds a rose: home in blue and green, love in pink, health in apricot, and fun in pale pink, whose heart turns deep purple as a light runs to it from the hub, which empties. Last only the cord changes colour, yellow, green, blue and then a soft slate for black, and at each colour the four pale lobes fill out from the hub to different reaches in a different order, so no colour gives one result. a stop sign, anger, passion, love this purple, earlier homefunhealthlove four cords in turn, none bettercommon readings, read aloudthen limited: one red, opena purple, read earlierfour roses; the purple, here: funonly the cord changes; reports differ

A reading belongs to the person receiving it

Ideas hereAttention and resistanceAura and layersChakrasEarth and cosmic energyGroundingRosesTrance as a class settingWho does what in a reading

A reading can stir the exact energy that makes a reader want to disappear. Blankness, boredom, pressure to perform, fear after seeing little, and the wish to cancel can all arrive before a reading. The first move is to notice the state without treating it as a final answer about ability. Return to the center of the head. Read one simple thing. If the avoidance itself is the charged object, make that the rose.

The reading does not become advice just because the image is vivid. An aura reading shows information in the recipient's field. The reader may see a layer, a color, a pattern of being outside the body, or energy that does not seem to belong to the recipient. The recipient decides what to do with it. The reader lays out the apples and oranges. The recipient chooses what matters.

That boundary is practical, not polite. If a reading shows a person leaving the body during chaos, the reader does not need to prescribe embodiment. Some people function that way and may choose it. Others want more charge, more authority, and more body presence. The reading names what is operating. Choice remains with the person living it.

The aura is read as the projected field of the chakras. The information there can be present without being the person's own truth. It may be old, borrowed, matched, resisted, useful, or simply active now. That is why a description should not be turned into a command. "This is in your space" and "you must do this" are different acts.

Side-chair practice makes the same boundary concrete. The side chair does not run the reading. The side chair also does not vanish. The job is active non-interference:

  1. Stay in the center of the head.
  2. Keep grounding and energy running.
  3. Notice what the reading stirs in your own space.
  4. Ground the match.
  5. Blow roses on old pictures, memories, rescue impulses, anger, or criticism.
  6. Take your life force out of the match.
  7. Send other people's energy out of your space.
  8. Do not correct the center chair.
  9. Do not heal the recipient.
  10. Do not soothe the room so that your discomfort stops.

Holding space is not the same as waiting around. It is the discipline of being present while another person works. If the reader becomes scattered, stay grounded. If the recipient becomes emotional, stay in your own space. If the topic hits your fourth or second chakra, clear your match instead of using the reading as an excuse to manage everyone.

Receiving has its own discipline. The recipient sits and receives. Do not finish the reader's sentence. Do not go into the reader's head to see how the information is coming. Do not track the side chairs. Do not make the reader's stumble your responsibility. If you understand what they are reaching for, let them find it. Receiving without managing is part of the practice.

Stop energy often appears as boredom or apathy. It can sound like, I do not want to go, this is pointless, I am not really here, or nothing is happening. In this lesson, that dullness can be resistance to growth. If rest is actually needed, rest. If the resistance is the material, show up and let the tools work on it.

A small location check belongs here. If an image shows you watching yourself from outside, behind, or above, ask where awareness is seeing from. Seeing yourself as an image is not a problem. Being displaced from the center of the head is different. Return to the center and look again.

The lower-three-chakra reset begins with a full setup: center of head, fresh grounding if needed, trance, earth and cosmic energy, lower chakra settings, and protection. Then the week is gathered into a rose, including fast growth, thick energy, ups and downs, and anything the body has been handling. Blow that rose.

Then read each lower chakra through a separate rose:

  1. For the first chakra, read body safety, care, health, and the right to be here. Notice color, vibration, and texture. Ground the rose. Drain what is not yours. Let breath and body relief register.
  2. For the second chakra, read emotional ability. Notice the colors, textures, and dominant vibration. Ask whether the main color is yours. Ground and drain what is foreign.
  3. For the third chakra, read performance, effort, demands, and the direction of life force. Notice what the space has been trying to handle. Ground and drain what is not yours.
  4. Destroy the cleared roses.
  5. Fill the first three chakras and the surrounding space with gold- sun life force.

The point is not a fixed red, orange, yellow chart. The practice reads what appears now. A chakra can hold many colors. It can attract attention during growth. It can feel different after being grounded. The reader is learning to look before fixing.

If a medicine, illness, or altered body state is active during a reading, name it simply when it affects the session. Do not make it a drama and do not turn it into medical advice. The reading needs enough honesty about the body to keep the communication clean.

Color describes a moment, and ownership is another question

Ideas hereChakrasColor: a detail in a situationGoldHavingnessMock-upsOwnershipRosesSeniorityWho does what in a reading

Color is used here as a neutral way to read tone. The center chair names a reading color, and the readers set the crown a half step above it. A half step means the same color family, slightly lighter or higher. It keeps the reader in the same realm as the recipient while allowing a broader view.

The crown sets the tone for the system below it. When the crown shifts, everything underneath responds. That does not mean the color at the crown is automatically the person's truth. A person may be vibrating at a color because of a boss, family, room, role, relationship, or old permission structure. The color can be real and still not be theirs.

So color reading has two questions. First: what color or vibration is operating? Second: whose is it? Without the second question, color becomes another label. With the second question, the reading can show the difference between current reality and the person's own truth.

A recipient should not pre-set a better vibration to get a better reading. The point is to see what is actually setting the tone. If the current color belongs to the recipient, the reading gives that hello. If the color belongs to another influence, the reading can name that without blame. The change begins with accurate ownership.

Color associations are only background. Clothes, rooms, food, music, and weather all show how strongly bodies respond to color. Old charts may offer vocabulary. They do not decide the reading. Color blindness, synesthesia, or unusual associations do not break the exercise, because the reader is not translating a universal code. The reader is looking at present-time vibration and ownership.

If color feels too subjective, stop asking what the color means everywhere. Ask what it is doing here. If you can feel the person's tone but cannot turn it into a color, notice that too. Move back from emotional matching and look from the center of the head. The sixth- chakra seat gives the reader a cleaner bridge than trying to feel the whole answer.

The first partner color hello is intentionally narrow:

  1. Ask for the full birth name.
  2. Make a rose for the person.
  3. Ask what color or vibration they are at.
  4. Ask whether it is them.
  5. Read quality, texture, movement, temperature, brightness, density, and emotional tone.
  6. Say a little about the person from that color.
  7. Stop before adding other systems.

No body-being clocks, no past-life rings, no elaborate story. If multiple colors appear, describe their relationship. One color may form a hard outside while another sits inside it. One side may flow while another side looks blackened, hidden, or shut down. A color can be beautiful and still not belong to the person. A color can look ordinary and be completely theirs.

This makes the reading intimate. Social presentation is full of color: clothes chosen to feel acceptable, roles chosen to stay safe, tones matched to a workplace or relationship. A reading looks behind the costume. It may give a hello to a color the recipient has not been letting anyone see.

Being seen can stir loneliness. A person can be surrounded by people and still feel unseen in the place that matters. A reading does not solve that loneliness by becoming comforting. It gives a clear hello. If old persona material begins to move, create and destroy. Make room for the current person rather than polishing the old presentation.

The highest-havingness meditation uses color for creation. Create a rose for the highest level at which you can have, receive, and create without abandoning yourself. Read its color in more than one word. Notice whether the body relaxes, resists, becomes anxious, or tries to leave. Ground the rose and drain what is not yours. Shine gold life force into it.

Then place that color at the crown. Let the seventh chakra run at the highest-havingness vibration. Let the body align to it. Blow the rose while keeping the vibration. This is not decoration. It is a way to let the body experience a tone that may be more true than the one the room usually validates.

From that vibration, make a mock-up for something wanted. The mock-up is not a bucket for all your life force. Ground the bubble. Put a havingness gauge beside it and turn it up. Pull your life force back out of the mock-up. Clear everyone else's energy. Run neutral gold through it. Cut the cord and release it. Fill with gold sun afterward.

If the mock-up becomes overwhelming, pull your life force out. If the body tightens, note where. If the belly churns, that area can be worked later with roses. If breathing gets tight or attention collapses into the bubble, the mock-up has become too senior. Recenter, reclaim energy, and fill.

The lesson keeps returning to seniority. A wanted thing can become senior. A color can be set by someone else. A mock-up can pull attention out of the body. A reading can become performance. The correction is the same: return to your space, see what is present, ask what is yours, and work from there.

How body and spirit are said to speak

Ideas hereAura and layersBeing and body: the two clocksChakrasColor: a detail in a situationGoldGroundingHavingnessNeutralityRosesTrance as a class settingWho does what in a reading

The second half names the communication system behind the exercises. Body communicates through sensation and emotion: aches, chills, goosebumps, tears, tightness, warmth, relief, anxiety, anger, love, boredom, and enthusiasm. Spirit communicates through mental image pictures: grounding cords, roses, colors, daydreams, and inner scenes. Practice is the conversation between picture and body response.

Empathic and intuitive styles can miss each other. An empath may navigate by feeling into the emotional field. An intuitive may know quickly without matching the feeling. One person may have both. Neither style is wrong. Color gives them a shared object: instead of requiring emotional connection, both can look at vibration.

Many people learned an emotional range from their surroundings. A depressed household may permit heaviness and invalidate happiness. A highly emotional household may invalidate quiet knowing. A practical environment may shut down exploration. A fantasy-charged environment may make grounded embodiment look strange. The body adapts to what is allowed.

The emotional tonal-range meditation turns that into a reading:

  1. Settle in center of head with grounding, trance, energy flow, lower chakras, and protection.
  2. Give the body room to breathe.
  3. Notice the dominant emotion in the space.
  4. Say hello to apathy, anxiety, depression, grief, guilt, boredom, anger, compassion, love, amusement, and enthusiasm.
  5. Blow roses as the emotions are named.
  6. Ask which emotions were allowed while growing up.
  7. Ask whether feeling itself was okay.
  8. Compare depression and anxiety for validation.
  9. Read love for validation.
  10. Compare happiness and sadness for fear.
  11. Read love, anger, enthusiasm, and grief for power.
  12. Fill with gold-sun life force.

The scale used here is a movement map. Apathy, grief, guilt, depression, anxiety, and boredom tend to hold less movement. Anger begins movement. Compassion, love, amusement, and enthusiasm allow more motion and change. This is not a moral ranking. It is not a diagnosis. It asks what the body can access and what the space validates.

Anger is treated as useful because it can move stuck energy. It is not meant to become a home. If anger moves through, let it move. If anger stays and hardens, ask whether it is yours, whether it belongs to someone else, or whether it is an old setting that the body keeps running.

Neutrality does not mean emotional emptiness. Neutrality means full awareness without automatic reaction. The reader can see anger, grief, fear, love, enthusiasm, and shame as color, shape, texture, motion, and ownership. The emotion can be intense and the reader can still stay in the center of the head.

The body must come along for change. Leaving the body and calling that spiritual does not clear the pattern. Spirit may ignite growth, but the body processes it. Old energies can remain after a breakup, a death, a move, or a family change. They are not gone simply because the outer situation ended.

Places can hold old roles. A family house may make the body sleepy, small, rebellious, dutiful, or responsible. If you clear a shared space, other people may react because the old tone was their comfort zone. Prioritize owning your space before trying to reset a house that many people inhabit.

The partner emotion reading asks three distinct questions: which emotion holds the most fear, which holds the most power, and which holds the most validation? The answers may be three different emotions. They may be the person's truth, or they may be a family tone, another person's emotion, or a current setting in the space.

Read this through color. Ask for the birth name, make the rose, find the color, and read quality before naming the emotion. If personal color associations interfere, pull back. If the image pulls you forward, return to the center. If you start feeling the person from the fourth chakra, shift to seeing from the sixth. The aim is access to both feeling and seeing, not a permanent rejection of either.

Being seen in this way can feel powerful because nothing is demanded afterward. Ordinary intimacy often carries a catch: now comfort me, now agree, now be responsible. Clairvoyant seeing is meant to offer clean recognition. Let the person be seen without adding obligation.

A short section on borrowed gendered energy uses dated language, but the practical point is ownership. A body may be running another person's energy and lose access to its own movement. One person may become heavy and unable to reach anger. Another may become angry while trying to be good, helpful, or healing. The useful question is not gender theory. It is: whose energy is running this body, and what movement has it blocked?

The closing healing returns to the second chakra. Stimulate the hand chakras. Run neutral gold through the hands. Let neutral gold move through the second chakra for transformation, forgiveness, and movement. Clear other people's emotions from the ability to feel. Clear emotions that keep cycling because they are not yours to solve. Clear wrongness for how you feel, wrongness for being able to feel, wrongness for emotional power, and invalidation in the body-spirit connection.

Fill the second chakra first until gold sun overflows into the body and aura. Add protection. Set the crown to gold. Stretch and return. The lesson ends where it began: own the space from which you read, so color and emotion can communicate without taking over.

Understanding questions

  1. When a reader says a color is "not yours," which parts of that statement describe an observed image, and which an interpretation about its source?
  2. How can the side chair's duty to stay present differ from taking responsibility for the center chair or recipient?
Possible answers
  1. "I saw blue" describes the image. "It means you are functioning in someone else's tone" is an interpretation using the ownership model. The recipient still decides what the reading means to them.
  2. The side chair can notice their own reactions and return attention to their space while the center chair leads and the recipient receives. The lesson specifically warns against correcting the center chair or managing the recipient's feelings as a way of escaping one's own discomfort. This role rule does not require anyone to ignore actual distress.

Lesson movement Part a passage What to check in context
Clinic feedback and reading roles 1–247 · 00:00:00–00:14:11 Participant reports of performance fear, boredom and stress lead to a specific aura-reading question. The lesson says the recipient decides application (around 70–99), then distinguishes side chair, center chair and recipient responsibilities (roughly 178–240). “Stop energy” is a course interpretation.
First three chakra roses 248–346 · 00:14:11–00:27:56 Setup includes center, grounding, trance and running energy. Three roses are inspected and grounded one by one before gold-sun filling and return. Each chakra has a sourcely described target, not a fixed-color diagnosis.
Crown shade and ownership 347–514 · 00:28:06–00:37:59 “Half shade above” for readers; color and truth can change. The recording moves from apparent vibration to whether it is the person's own (around 410–455). Participant raises subjectivity, color blindness and synesthesia (around 450–485); no external adjudication is provided.
Short partner hellos 515–639 · 00:38:00–00:44:42 Pairs attempt color-focused readings. Multiple voices and poor ASR make detailed reports uncertain. Read only the recording's clear setup without turning peer guesses into evidence.
Being seen 640–722 · 00:44:42–00:50:09 Recording discusses clothing, social tone and reading intimacy; one participant reports feeling seen and later relational pain. The sweeping loneliness claim is attributed.
Havingness mock-up 723–792 · 00:50:16–00:57:36 Highest-havingness rose sets crown tone; a wanted mock-up is cleared, treated with neutral gold and released. Filling and explicit return close the guided passage.
Participant distress and break 793–866 · 00:57:36–01:01:30 One reports abdominal churning, another inability to breathe during an emotionally charged mock-up (roughly 805–819). Instructor interprets this through life-force/space language; it is not a safety assessment.
Lesson movement Part b passage What to check in context
Two languages of communication 1–195 · 00:00:00–00:09:59 Body sensations/emotions and spirit images are recording's conceptual distinction. Empath/intuitive labels allow overlap. Family and New Orleans examples are broad teaching illustrations, not population findings.
Emotional survey 196–264 · 00:10:00–00:20:17 Recording's lower/higher tonal scale is introduced while comparing family permissions, named emotions, fear, power and validation. Gold-sun fill and return are present. It is not a clinical scale.
Anger and medical claim 265–366 · 00:20:17–00:26:06 A participant questions anger's placement. Instructor calls it moving but short-lived and makes an unsupported generalization about antidepressants around 319–334. Neutrality is later explicitly separated from emotional disconnection.
Family, crisis and classroom response 367–551 · 00:26:06–00:34:01 Participant accounts of feeling drained, a family crisis, a dark day and wanting to quit receive the recording's energy-clearing interpretation and encouragement. Their later improvement is a report, not a guarantee that worsening precedes recovery.
Fear, power, validation setup 552–598 · 00:34:01–00:38:08 Three distinct reading questions; recording says a present energy setting may not be the recipient's own truth. Partner roles and preparatory trance are specified.
Partner talk 599–880 · 00:38:08–00:50:05 Overlapping and incoherent draft speech. Do not quote as reliable individual testimony.
Seeing and feeling 881–966 · 00:50:05–00:54:14 Debrief connects intimacy with being seen, then contrasts a fourth-chakra feeling standpoint with sixth-chakra seeing. The lesson says both can be available; avoid “emotion is bad.”
Gendered-energy assertion 967–1001 · 00:54:15–00:56:11 Recording links another person's sex-coded energy to depression or anger, then adds access to one's male and female energy. Treat this as internally tensioned course language.
