CTL2 · Class 10

Commitment as inhabiting and collaborating with the body

The idea at the heart of this classChakras

ChakrasOne chakra fills the field face on: five scalloped petal rings around an opening, rose on the light side and lilac on the dark. It opens wide, mottled with other colors, with two petals missing and three cords running out, while a pearl circles it; then the opening closes part way. Gold light runs down into it, gold edges are drawn round every ring, the missing petals grow back in gold and the cords fall away. A peach color grows from the centre over the mottle and the opening swings once and settles smaller than it began, full and glowing. The rings then take their own colors from the outside in, the outermost named tone and the next memories. In turn tone, memories and rules dim, a pearl carries each to a rose in a corner, the rose bursts, and a peach stripe is drawn back round its ring.tonememoriesrulesthe ability

More open is not better. The working question is whether the chakra is moving, clear enough for the purpose and filled with your own energy.

Committing to the body means inhabiting it, collaborating with it and renewing the agreement that lets more life experience happen through it.

The reader does not own the recipient's choice

Ideas hereCreative energyThe analyzerWho does what in a reading

A reader can describe what appears, but the recipient owns the choice. Someone may ask whether they will be happy, what they should do or what answer will guarantee a result. The reader's job is not to take responsibility for that life.

Creative rings and the analyzer show the difference. The analyzer wants the answer so it can skip the lived process. Creative energy lets a person create, choose and discover. Giving a recipient the next step can be useful, but taking over the choice is not reading.

The same rule applies to the reader's own body. No one else can prescribe what commitment to the body must look like. The answer has to be found through direct communication with the body, not through another person's formula.

Prepare without making every part match

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasCreative energyEarth and cosmic energyGoldGroundingNeutralityRosesThe analyzer

The preparation starts by asking the body what it needs today. Receive the answer as a color, then use the bottom creative ring and that color to design a grounding cord. Say hello to the center of the earth and let earth and cosmic energy begin moving through the channels.

The energy system works as a whole. Earth and cosmic energy mix at the first chakra. The front channels open. The hand chakras release. The top and bottom creative rings are lightly stimulated while energy runs through the forearms and out the hands. Released energy can pool at the bottom of the aura and return through the feet.

The analyzer gets its own temporary grounding cord. It releases in its own time and on its own terms. It does not need to match the rest of the system. Letting it have a different vibration can be part of ownership.

The center of the head may also need updating. Wash its walls with neutral gold. Let it become a new color, an art form, a vibration of music or a space that does not make sense to the analyzer. It does not have to be perfect because it can be destroyed and remade tomorrow.

Neutrality protects. It does not make you blind, deaf or absent. It lets you be present in the energy without reacting to every foreign vibration. Protection can be color, movement, warmth, fullness, roses or the simple fact of being filled with your own life force.

The preparation ends by seeing yourself on the screen, not only the body and not only what you are handling. Say hello to you. Ask what you want, then what you really want. Let vulnerability with self have a color and vibration. Drain seriousness, blow the rose and fill the body and aura with the gold sun.

More than a body still includes a body

Ideas hereBeing and body: the two clocks

You are not only the body. That does not make the body disposable. The body is part of you and the place where life experience happens.

A body can be tired, sick, injured, pampered, restless, thirsty, sensitive or slow to catch up. That does not automatically define the being. The being can have more possibility than the body can currently express. The body can also communicate what it needs through emotion, sensation, desire and resistance.

The body is a vehicle, but not a dead object. It has consciousness. Organs have consciousness. The being has consciousness. A human life includes these consciousnesses in relationship with one another.

Because the body is the place of experience, leaving it out reduces life. Being more than the body does not mean floating away from it. It means relating to it from spirit while still owning it and choosing to inhabit it.

A body can be inhabited by other energy. A family member, partner, boss, ruler, ancestor or other being may take up space through agreement, habit or invasion. The point is not fear. The point is to choose a stronger relationship with the body you have.

Collaborate instead of dragging the vehicle

Ideas hereBeing and body: the two clocksMock-upsRoses

Commitment to the body is like commitment in any relationship. One foot out the door changes the whole tone. A partner, job or body can feel when the agreement is partial. Uncertainty enters the space.

Committing more deeply to the body lets more life experience happen through it. Eating, movement, confidence, being seen, intelligence, rest and daily pleasure can all change when the body is treated as a partner rather than a vehicle being dragged behind spirit.

Commitment does not mean staying home and huddling around the body. It means going into the world with the body. Create with it, not first in abstraction and then by forcing the body to carry the result.

Ask the body what commitment means. It may need safety, space, amusement, protection, life force, a new picture or a new mock-up. These tools can be given quickly. A small energetic change can have a large effect on the relationship.

Sensitivity is reframed here as capacity, not a reason to withdraw. Being sensitive means you can notice when something is about to go wrong and blow a rose before it does. It means you can feel beauty, humor, love, heartbreak and change with more range. The tools protect sensitivity so that more life can be available.

The Rihanna example shows a body in movement. A fluctuating body type can be treated as a problem, or it can be met each day with clothing, color and style that fit what the body is now. Commitment looks like listening first, then creating with the body that is present.

Walk-ins and other consciousness claims

Ideas hereMediumship and control

The map separates several ways a body may be run. The body can operate on its own when spirit is absent. Spirit can be out in the past, in limbo, healing the world or somewhere that is not present time. Another being can cohabit by agreement. Mediumship can let another energy come in temporarily. A walk-in is described as a different being taking over after the original spirit leaves the agreement.

Cohabitation is not the same as a walk-in. In cohabitation, one being may move into the driver's seat while the original being remains part of the agreement. In a walk-in, the original being is described as gone, and a new being makes an agreement with the body.

The claimed signs include missing childhood memory, internal battle, physical or mental disturbance and a mismatch between the body's life history and the new being's agenda. None of the current readers are named as walk-ins. The point of introducing the idea is to distinguish it from ordinary foreign energy in the space.

The suicide comparison is handled energetically. A walk-in is described as breaking the agreement without physical death. The adoption comparison is used to show that leaving is not always framed as pure negativity: the old agreement may be abandoned in the hope that another caretaker will do better.

These distinctions return to commitment. The opposite of leaving the body is getting more fully in, renewing the agreement and choosing the body as the place where life is lived.

Third-chakra demonstration permits unfinishedness

Ideas hereAttention and resistanceBeing and body: the two clocksChakrasCreative energyGroundingRosesTrance as a class setting

Commitment to the body is worked at the back of the third chakra. Prepare by returning to the center of the head, running energy, checking trance and setting the space as if you were on a date with the body.

Use the sequence this way:

  1. Mock up the third chakra on the screen.
  2. Light it up with gold, violet, magenta or another color.
  3. Stop the chakra's spin for a few moments.
  4. Turn it on the screen so you can see the back cone.
  5. Look at the point of the cone and see it as a square with four corners.
  6. Notice what the body handles while looking at this.
  7. Reset crown gold, grounding and roses as needed.

Other people's pain is treated here as the main interference with commitment to the body. It may look black at the back of the third chakra. The work uses tiny specks from the center membrane of the top creative ring to clear that pain.

Bring one tiny speck from the top creative ring to a corner of the square. Let it spread like gold along the line to the center and fill one quarter. Let it sit. Then repeat with a second corner and a third corner.

At three quarters, pause. Do not finish immediately. Notice the urge to complete the square. It may feel like longing, craving or a familiar hunger for someone else to show up and make the agreement whole.

The pause teaches unfinishedness. You are committing at the level you can perceive today. Commitment is not a permanent score. It changes like any relationship.

Restart and feel the body

Ideas hereAttention and resistanceAura and layersChakrasGold

After the pause, bring the last speck from the top creative ring and touch the fourth corner. Let the gold fill the last quarter and clear the remaining pain from the commitment picture.

Then restart the chakra. Turn it back around and spin it. Read the color, emotion and change in the third chakra. Blow up what you were looking at.

The return is direct: stop looking at the screen and feel the body under the gold sun. Replenish rather than fix. Be sensitive to your own life force and to the change that just happened.

Fill the aura and body with gold. Let each layer run at its own vibration and pace. Let organs, channels and systems process differently. Inconsistency is not a failure here. The body is catching up to a new agreement.

GYS: establish a complete beginning

Ideas hereChakrasEarth and cosmic energyGroundingRosesTrance as a class setting

The Get Your Space meditation begins with practical containment. Choose a quiet room, silence distractions, sit in a comfortable chair and notice the body's present sensations. Aches, warmth, coldness, lightness, heaviness and emotion are all communication.

If the body needs to wiggle, stretch or bend, allow it. The exercise starts by making attention to the body tolerable enough to stay present. If attention leaves, bring it back.

Then move attention in front of the eyes and back into the center of the head. Notice the body's response to that neutral place. Create a grounding cord from the first chakra to the center of the earth, connect the feet chakras, run earth energy through the legs and bring fresh cosmic energy through the crown.

The room is included. Give the room a gold bubble, a grounding cord, flowing earth and cosmic gold and a protection rose. Then set trance: first chakra ten percent, second chakra ten percent, third chakra fifty to sixty percent and crown clear gold.

GYS: notice each response

Ideas hereGroundingRoses

The rose sequence reads the body's response to color and clearing. Create a red rose, then blow it up. Notice the body's emotion, the space's feel, whether you stayed centered and whether grounding remained.

Repeat with blue, green, white and gold roses. The colors do not need to produce the same response. One may stir emotion. Another may be easy. Another may pull attention out of the body. The practice is to notice and return.

This is not about assigning universal meanings to rose colors. It is about how the body responds today when a color appears and clears.

GYS: time pictures and refill

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasRoses

The time-picture sequence uses roses for yesterday, today and tomorrow. Create a rose for yesterday, notice its color, quality and body response, then blow it up. Do the same for today.

For tomorrow, create a rose, observe it and blow it up. Then create another rose for tomorrow and notice whether it changed. Repeat again. The exercise treats tomorrow as an energy picture that can shift through clearing.

Finish by filling with unique gold energy everywhere you cleared: body, aura, chakras and channels. Create and destroy a few more roses, then return.

Commitment supplement: a current agreement

Ideas hereChakras

The supplement defines commitment as the understanding between spirit and body that lets you participate in life. Most people are described as having only partial commitment to the body, with much of their energy out in their lives, around them, in possible futures or in the past.

Increasing commitment brings more of the being into the present. It commands attention because more of you is in. It changes daily experience by renewing the agreement to have a relationship with the body.

The questions are simple and direct. What relationship do you currently have with the body? What agreement is in place? Is it the relationship you want? Who or what is between you and the body? Can the agreement change?

The healing for the agreement is the third-chakra commitment work introduced in the main recording.

Commitment supplement: fresh conditions

Ideas hereChakrasEarth and cosmic energyGroundingRosesTrance as a class setting

Begin by checking in with the body, giving it a new grounding cord and noticing that grounding itself is moving. Clear the screen, take time to enter trance and refresh protection roses that are tired, burned out or stale.

Fresh conditions matter because the body's needs change. Seasonal shifts may change how earth energy is received. Reading practice may leave extra demand in the crown. Cosmic energy can brush that off and return the seventh chakra to its own answers.

Run earth and cosmic energy together, then look at how the body is changing. The body has been shaped by the energies it has held throughout life. As those energies move, the body may begin reflecting more spirit. Some changes will be unfamiliar because they are happening from inside the process.

Commitment supplement: observe the word

Ideas hereThe analyzer

Mock up the word COMMITMENT in block letters on the screen. Notice the colors, energies, first emotion, first thought and body response. If the analyzer takes over, move back to center of head.

Drain all color and energy out of the word until it is clear. Stay present while the body reacts. Commitment is powerful because it adds life force, makes something real, gives it importance, validates it and aligns energy with it. Commitment to the body is tied here to value, worth and self-esteem.

Once the word is clear, fill every letter with universal cosmic gold. Stay in the observer position. Do not go into the word. See the whole word in golden block letters on the screen.

The clear word creates an opportunity to set a new tone for commitment, rather than running old pictures of failure, uncertainty or perfect commitment.

Commitment supplement: observer, restart, refill

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasGoldRoses

After the word is filled with gold, acknowledge the third chakra and let the third-chakra healing reignite. The body can release pent-up energy around commitment and the agreement with the body.

Refill with the gold sun. Bring life force into the renewed relationship between body and spirit. Fill the back of the aura for support, the crown, the back of the third chakra, the feet and the protection roses.

Observer position stays important to the end. You see the word, the chakra and the body from the center of the head. You restart what was temporarily stopped, refill what was cleared and return with the relationship in present time.
