Creative rings: inspiration that includes body and mind

The idea at the heart of this classCreative energy

Creative energy from three rings above the crown A large bloom stands on the seam: its warm heart of five petals is the body, its four sea-green outer petals are lived experience. Above its tip, the crown, float three rings, spirit at the top, then mind, then body nearest the crown. First the rings light, each tilted its own way, and a light rises through them. Then gold touches each ring and each swings level. Then a pale stream comes down from the rings but stops short above the crown and scatters while the bud stays closed and dark; then it reaches the crown and the bloom opens and lights. Then gold fills a membrane in the top ring and coral, the person's own creative energy, pours down through the rings and the crown and fills the body from its tip to its base. Then the sea petals cup inward and lights that reach the body's edge turn back in. Last the stream thins to a thread and a blue cord from above and a green cord from below return to the crown and the base. spirit mind body lived cosmic earth three rings above the crown, not chakras gold, then level, without forcing the body left out: no lived impact creative energy needs the body your own creative energy, flowing down your own: not cosmic, not neutral gold senior to it; earth and cosmic again

Personal creative energy descends from rings above the crown.A ring above the crown (not a chakra) The body, filled with your own creative energy Lived experience Gold that stimulates Earth and cosmic flows Coral stands only for the person's own creative energy and sea only for lived experience; both are drawing choices, not colors the source gives. The ring colours only tell the rings apart.

Through the bodyLivedThe person's own energy runs down through the rings, crown and body, and the person stays senior to it.

This flow is personal creative energy, not cosmic energy or neutral gold.

Three creative rings above the crown hold body, mind and spirit creativity. The work is to bring that personal creative energy into life without giving it away.

The supplement recording is labelled class nine in its file name but introduces itself aloud as a class eight supplement.

Patience while life catches up

Ideas hereGroundingGrowth periodsSeniorityThe analyzer

The analyzer work can leave the body full of heat, overthinking, broken routines and intense pictures. That does not mean growth is absent. It can mean the spirit is moving quickly and the body needs time to catch up.

Patience and gold are the first responses. If energy feels as if it is falling apart, do not turn the growth period into proof that you are doing something wrong. Let the body adjust to the level of work being asked of it.

Tools also become more real with use. Center of head, grounding and analyzer awareness may feel different now than they did at the beginning. That difference is growth. The same tool can become simpler, stronger and more exact as seniority increases.

When communication energy is stuck, reading can help. Saying hello to the energy gives it movement. A familiar lower vibration may have been setting the tone for communication, and acknowledgment starts to make room for a new one.

Set up for one's own present body

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasEarth and cosmic energyGroundingGrowth periodsRosesTrance as a class setting

The opening meditation begins with the body. Say hello to a part you rarely notice, such as the hip bone or the shape of the nose. Then take a break from everyone else's growth period. Notice any pressure to keep your own change comfortable for other people, and let that pressure release.

Grounding is chosen for the body in present time. Mock up the current grounding cord, destroy it and ask the body for the color, tone and quality of the grounding it wants now. Extend that cord to the center of the earth and notice the downward flow.

Run earth energy through the feet and legs into the first chakra. Let it absorb survival energy that is not yours and release it down the grounding cord. Then bring cosmic energy through the crown, down the back channels, into the first chakra, up the front channels and out the crown and hands.

Set trance for the work:

  1. Mock up the first chakra and move energy that is not yours into a rose.
  2. Set the first chakra to ten percent open.
  3. Mock up the second chakra, notice emotion and permission to feel, clear what masks it and set it to ten percent.
  4. Mock up the third chakra, clear energy that impedes movement and set it to fifty to sixty percent.
  5. Create a protection rose at the edge of the aura.
  6. Ground the room in a gold bubble that separates the practice space from the rest of the home.

Then read the body's current emotion. Create a rose for it and move through the emotional scale: grief, apathy, boredom, depression, anger, compassion, amusement, joy and enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is treated here as the highest body vibration. The rose shows where the body is now, not where it should pretend to be.

Enthusiasm does not look identical

Ideas hereGrounding

Enthusiasm does not have to appear bright, easy or cheerful. One person's enthusiasm may show as a gray explosion that lights up other people. Another may see drowning and overwhelm first, then bright yellow grounded wakefulness. Another may see dark purple enthusiasm surrounded by unconscious energy.

The reading practice asks for the body's present-time emotion, then the color, tone and picture of enthusiasm. The point is not to force everyone into one happy picture. The point is to see what the body is communicating and what higher vibration is available.

A body may not be ready to run the full vibration of enthusiasm. That is information, not failure. Anger can be a useful point because energy begins to move there. Overwhelm can show where the body needs grounding before it can have more.

Three rings above the crown

Ideas hereChakrasCreative energyGoldGroundingRoses

Above the seventh chakra are three creative rings. They are not chakras. They are part of psychic anatomy and belong to you, the being. They are a source of transformational creative energy inside your own space.

The first creative ring sits about three to four inches above the crown. It holds creativity of the body: physical inspiration, performance and the body's ability to do what seems impossible.

The second creative ring sits above the first. It holds creativity of the mind: invention, scholarship, thinking, new ideas and conceptual creation.

The third creative ring sits above the second. It holds creativity of spirit: inspiration, expression and the power to be who you are.

Inspect them this way:

  1. With grounding, lower chakra settings and a clean gold crown, notice the rings above the crown.
  2. Say hello to the first ring and notice its color, condition, tilt and alignment.
  3. Toss gold at the first ring and notice how the body responds.
  4. Say hello to the second ring and notice whether it is familiar, difficult, tilted or energized.
  5. Toss gold at the second ring and notice the effect.
  6. Say hello to the third ring, the creativity of spirit.
  7. Toss gold at the third ring and notice whether inspiration feels familiar, invalidated or available.
  8. Create and destroy roses, then fill with the gold sun.

Gold stimulates the rings without forcing them to line up. If they are crooked or unfamiliar, start by seeing them. Neutral observation is stronger than correcting them from effort.

Different familiarity and responsibility

Ideas hereChakrasCreative energy

Each ring may carry different history. The third ring may feel familiar and comfortable, while the second is hard to see. The first may feel heavy. The rings may look rusty, tilted or full of other people's energy. Responsibility to others can pull attention out of the third ring and back into planning.

Examples distinguish the three rings. A great athlete working at an extraordinary physical level shows the first ring. Inventors, scientists and thinkers working with new ideas show the second. Artists and inspired performers can show the third, where expression carries the energy of being oneself.

These examples are not rankings. The body, mind and spirit each have creative power. The rings are not about becoming someone famous. They show how personal creative energy can enter a life through the body, the mind and spirit.

Creative power here is not third-chakra power. It is not force over the world. It is transformation inside your own space, then expression through your life.

Creativity must reach lived experience

Ideas hereCreative energyHavingness

Creative rings are high in the being, but they need the body to matter in lived life. If the body is left out, creative energy stays abstract. It may be beautiful, but it has no impact on daily experience.

The first ring asks what the body wants to create. It may want to hike, dance, swim, heal, move or learn a new physical language. Lighting up the first ring can change havingness for the body.

The second ring asks what ideas, concepts or technologies interest the mind. It can support learning, invention, programming, design or any form of thinking that brings new possibility.

The third ring asks what inspires you because of who you are. It brings creative energy through affinity, love, spirit and personal expression. It can help break old family pictures so that transformation belongs to you.

Do not give this creative energy away. Other people may recognize it and want it. Let them find their own vibration. Use your creative energy to grow communication between body and spirit, and to transform your own life.

Supplement identity and an inspired teacher

Ideas hereCreative energy

The supplement opens with an example of inspiration embodied by a teacher. A high-school American literature class became different because the person teaching it loved the material. Books were not only test preparation. They had meaning, style, culture, history and life.

The room felt different from the rest of the building. It was the same school, with the same physical conditions, but the energy changed because someone stepped onto her stage and taught from inspiration. That is the third creative ring made visible through ordinary work.

The example matters because creative energy is not only a private feeling. When body, mind and spirit participate, a room, a subject and a life can transform. The inspired person is not giving away creative energy. They are being themselves so clearly that the space changes around them.

Preparation is part of the creative exercise

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasCreative energyEarth and cosmic energyGoldGrounding

The supplement prepares the body before running creative energy. Ground the first chakra, expand the grounding to include body and space, run earth energy and receive more if the body feels unreal. Bring in cosmic energy through the crown and let it flow through the channels.

Clear the aura, call back attention and return to a space that attracts you. Notice the body's awesomeness, the space's imperfection and the movement that imperfection allows. Then reduce the lower chakras: first at ten percent, second at ten percent and third at fifty to sixty percent.

Ground the room and place a neutral gold bubble around it. Bring the crown to gold and ask for a Supreme Being blessing on using your own personal creativity. The request is part of this practice, then the work continues from your own space.

Creative energy is neither cosmic nor neutral

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasCreative energyEarth and cosmic energyGold

The exercise focuses on the top creative ring, the creativity of spirit. Inside that ring is a thin membrane of energy. Gold stimulates it, then creative energy begins to resonate downward through the second ring, the first ring, the crown and the body.

This is your creative energy. It is not cosmic energy. It is not neutral gold. It is personal creative energy used as a healing for yourself.

Run it this way:

  1. Stimulate the membrane inside the top creative ring with gold.
  2. Let the energy resonate down into the second ring and clear spiritual space above you.
  3. Let it continue through the first ring and clear invalidation to your power as a creative being.
  4. Bring it into the seventh chakra.
  5. Run it down the back channels into the first chakra.
  6. Let it heal survival invalidation at the first chakra.
  7. Move it through the second chakra to heal invalidation to emotion, sensuality and sexuality.
  8. Move it through the third chakra to heal invalidation to power and will.
  9. Move it through the fourth chakra to heal separation from love, affinity and being someone in life.
  10. Move it through the fifth chakra to heal voice and creative expression.
  11. Move it through the sixth chakra to support clear seeing, new images and the integrity of clairvoyance.
  12. Let it return to the seventh and run through the body and aura.

Because this energy is not neutral, stay conscious while running it. It is yours, and that is why it can validate you. It should not be used as a general clearing substitute for everyone else.

Remain senior even to creativity

Ideas hereCreative energyEarth and cosmic energyGoldGroundingNeutralityRosesSeniority

Creative energy is powerful, but you remain senior to it. You, the being, are more important than any energy in your space, including your own creative energy.

After running it, restore ordinary neutral flows. Bring in earth energy and notice its neutrality. Bring in cosmic energy and notice how it moves through the creative rings into the crown. Compare neutral earth and cosmic energy with personal creative energy.

Then put the energy of the supplement into a rose and blow it up. Fill with the gold sun. Create a fresh grounding cord for the new you and a new protection rose for what has been created.

The return matters. Inspiration is not a reason to lose seniority. Creativity belongs to you, and the body needs a clear baseline after running it.
