Several qualities of neutrality are compared

Neutrality is not one single flavor. Earth energy has a neutral quality. Cosmic energy has another. The center of the head has its own neutrality. A gold crown adds another tone. The opening practice compares these qualities by grounding, running energy, seeing what pictures light up, setting the crown to gold and noticing the power that appears when neutrality is active rather than passive.
The same neutrality is then applied to the week. Look at where your own energy was present, where other energies were present, whether your clairvoyance was validated, and what you saw that you had not seen before. A rose for the growth period lets you see whether you can be fully in it, own it and not be owned by it. The aim is movement with power, not escape from growth.
After the weekly clearing, trance is set and the gold sun replenishes the places that changed. Filling the center of the head matters here because valence work depends on knowing where your attention is: in the center, or out in the aura sustaining a picture.
A valence is a created public picture, not the being

A picture is energy and a fast form of communication. One picture can carry thousands of words. Pictures communicate inwardly and outwardly. They can be self-identity pictures, perfect pictures, personal pictures, other people's pictures or control pictures.
A valence is a picture in your aura of who you are. You, the being, create it and show it to the outside world as a hello. It is not who you are. It is generated by the seventh chakra, not the sixth. It can be as large as you are, or take up a large part of the aura. It can hold a great deal of life force.
There may be several valences: one at work, one socially, one with family. They may get along with each other and still be different. A valence can have nothing to do with who you actually are, while still being created by your own capability as a being.
A television personality gives the comparison. The public image talks with guests and viewers, while the being is not fully exposed. A performed character does the same. A happy clown can cover a sad person until the makeup comes off. The valence draws attention, creates experiences, handles energy and protects the being from showing everyone everything.
Other people also invest energy in a valence. They may build relationships, obligations and commitments with the picture of you rather than with you directly. The picture works both ways.
Useful protection can become effort when mistaken for self

A valence is not automatically a lie. The being may know perfectly well that it is using a picture. Children and teenagers try on versions of themselves. A job-interview valence can open a job, bring skills and create life experience. A first-date valence can give courage or safety. A family valence may be part of an agreement or comfort zone.
The problem begins when you forget that the valence is a picture. If your attention is in the valence, your attention is in the aura instead of the center of the head. Creating a valence from the seventh can be effortless. Sustaining it from effort, especially after it no longer works, pulls you into the third chakra.
Signs include constant effort, a role that must not budge, a lifestyle or facade that feels as if it will collapse if one thing changes, or defending the picture because so much life force is invested in it. The valence stops being fun. It starts using energy that could be available to the being.
Valences can still be useful vehicles. Customer-service work can be handled by a work valence so the whole self does not have to take home every customer's energy. A person with many roles can use different valences without changing the whole form for every environment. This is not mediumship. No outside entity is being brought in. It is a picture you create, use and respond to.
Three forms of protection must remain separate

Some valences are given by other people and sustained by agreement. A child may be treated as the mama's boy, golden child, sweet compliant girl, smart one, goofball, life of the party or class clown. If that picture follows a person into adulthood and then expires, the result can feel like an identity crisis. Awareness changes the game: withdraw your energy, destroy the picture and create a present-time version if one is useful.
A self-image picture is different. It is for you, not for the outside world, and usually belongs with the fourth chakra or fourth aura layer. A valence is for others. You and the body may respond to it, but it is generated as an outward hello. Mediumship is different again: channeling another entity. Self-image, valence and mediumship are not three names for the same thing.
In a reading, getting stuck on the valence can block the real hello. The readee may prefer the comfort zone of having the valence read, but overprotection can prevent the being from receiving the reading. Acknowledge the valence and then look at the being. The reading color and vibration help the reader move past the public picture.
A valence may also be generated from judgment. If the world has judged a part of you long enough, you may judge it too and create a valence that excludes that part. It still functions as protection, but it can also keep energy out where the being wants to be seen.
Acknowledgement can begin recovering invested energy

The valence practice starts from fresh grounding, light earth and cosmic flow, and deeper attention in the center of the head. From there, look on the screen at the valences you use. Amusement helps because some of them may be old pictures you forgot were pictures.
Look at which valences opened doors, brought interesting opportunities or let you meet new kinds of people. Look at which ones take effort, which ones are popular with others, and which ones require your energy to stay in the past. Holidays, familiar faces, music, foods and homes can light up old valences because they still hold life force.
The direct hello is the alternative. Ultimately you may not need a valence to greet the world. You can be yourself and use a hello rose at the edge of the aura as protection. A hello rose lets people see you without requiring a public picture to stand in front of you.
Acknowledgement itself starts the retrieval. Seeing an old valence as a picture begins to pull your energy out of it. Gold-sun energy then fills the space that opens and mixes with the life force released in the aura. New hello roses at the edge of the aura protect the space while more direct hellos become possible.
Supplement: notice what happens while trying to arrive

The supplement begins by making grounding, body presence and center-of-head attention observable. If finding the body is difficult, look at what comes up: thoughts, feelings, emotions, pictures and other people's energy. Try bringing all attention into the center of the head, not half, not most. Notice what objects or people appear when you do.
You are not aiming for another person's head, grounding to another person's space or entering another person's body. The practice is your body, your grounding and your center of head. If energy was stimulated while arriving, put it in a rose and blow it.
Going deeper shows more of what affects you. You can check whether the pictures in the space communicate your energy clearly to the body and to the outside world. Earth and cosmic energy flush out old games and perfect pictures. Roses clear discomfort, pain or energy that is not yours. Not every obstacle belongs to you.
A hello rose is explicitly not giving life force away

A direct hello is for people who matter and with whom your energy can be safe. This may include blood family, chosen family, a partner, a child, a niece or nephew, current friends, old friends, an ex, a coworker or someone from a former job. The list is only a prompt. The important part is the hello from you, the being, rather than from a relationship picture.
Send a hello rose to the people who matter. Notice how their space responds, whether they are surprised, whether a hello returns, and whether they recognize your current energy. If they do not recognize it, that is not bad. You may have changed.
The hello rose is not a transfer of life force. It is a real hello. It can pull your energy out of old pictures, strengthen the place you say hello from, and free space in the aura. Relationships on the edge of your life may also receive a hello without effort, pressure or giving yourself away.
A present-time hello can melt energy frozen in time: apprehension, old relationship pictures, distance or the feeling that contact is impossible. The work is energetic. It does not require sending an outside message.
Give self the same hello, then replenish
Ideas hereAura and layersGoldHelloRoses
After outgoing hellos, look at the hello you give yourself. Ask whether it is really you or whether you also protect yourself from yourself. Create a grand hello rose from you, the being, to yourself. Embrace it and bring it in.
Notice sensations, thoughts and energies that appear when you receive yourself. Then validate the whole scene with the gold sun. Fill all aura layers, the whole body and the gaps where you were absent, protected or unavailable to yourself.
Fresh protection roses close the practice. They are grounded at the aura's edge. The direct hello to self and the refill are separate from the outward hellos, and both are separate from giving life force away.
