Adjust rather than force

Begin by adjusting the flow already available. Ground the body and run earth and cosmic energy. Earth energy helps when the body feels low, flighty, or not settled. Cosmic energy is adjusted through the crown: close it down if too much comes in, open it more if everything feels stuck.

Attention is gathered into the room, focused into one point, and moved into the center of the head. From there, take charge of grounding and running energy. Bring the crown to gold, make a fresh bubble of space around you, and ground that space. Weird thoughts and feelings can go into roses and be blown up before they move through the body.

The guide is greeted only after this space is made. It adjusts to you, enters the aura, and plugs into the back of the hand chakra. You are giving up a little space, but not giving up direction.

The guide runs gold through grounding first. Stuck energy, invasion, and resistance are allowed to move out so energy can flow. Then the guide works through the aura. It can clear by detail, by compass point, or by layers. The method can be playful, but the aim is exact: clear the space of everyone else's energy.

Receiving is compared to being at a spa. You receive the massage; you do not do the massage. Still, you remain in the center of the head and in charge. The guide clears the feet chakras, leg channels, crown, back channels, front channels, arm channels, and hand chakras.

This is not a blame hunt. You do not need to prove where a blockage came from. The useful question is whether energy is flowing. If it is not, the guide runs more gold. Mood, sensation, emotion, and body response are noticed as the body adjusts.

Gold is a clearing agent, not the required final color

The chakras are then worked from one to seven. The guide spins gold through each chakra, disconnects cords, fills depleted places, and lines the chakras up. The lower three are brought into cooperation, the fourth clears muck, the fifth clears communication and intuition, the sixth clears the center of the head before reading, and the seventh completes the system.

A chakra does not have to remain gold afterward. Gold is the cleanser. When the clearing is complete, a chakra may show any color, or a whole range of colors, as long as the color is flowing and belongs to you. Gold is not treated as the only valid final identity.

Original essence and a stopping signal

The guide then brings original essence. This is the unique energy that came into being when you came into being. It is run through the crown chakra, healing the spirit and the crown. Some of it may distribute through channels, chakras, arms, hands, feet, and legs, but the crown setting matters most.

There is no fight in this part. The practice is receiving what is yours. As the essence runs, a signal comes when there is enough: a sense of completion, a body response, or a simple recognition that you have it. At that point, the guide stops bringing in original essence.

The guide scans the whole system, checks grounding, completes the healing, disconnects from the hand chakra, and moves all the way out of the space. Thank it sincerely and send it off. Re-own the hand chakra and the aura space the guide occupied.

Fill with gold sun energy, return to the center of the head, create and destroy a rose, tug grounding, and open the eyes. The reading topic that follows is original essence and the growth period around it.
