Start with the skills that are already known: grounding, running energy, separating from the day, and taking the center of the head. Gather attention into the room and then into the head center. Take charge of grounding, running energy, and amusement. Create and destroy roses out in front, scan the whole system, and bring the crown to gold.
The guide is greeted from that place. It may be sensed as a presence, seen as an image or valence, or heard as a hello. Any of those can be the contact. The agreement remains clear: you are senior because this is your body, and the guide adjusts its energy to you before entering.
Prepare the routes before the seven

The guide plugs into the back of the hand chakra and clears grounding with gold. The first chakra, grounding cord, and center of the earth are brought into affinity, working as one connection.
Before the seven chakras are worked one by one, the routes are prepared. The guide clears the feet chakras and the earth energy channels through ankles, calves, knees, upper legs, and first chakra. It clears the crown, then runs gold down the back channels beside the spine. The front channels, arm channels, and hand chakras follow. You stay in receiving while the guide does the work.
Repair, disconnect and align

The first chakra is filled with gold until invading energy has no room and cords to others are removed. The second receives gold for emotions, feelings, and sensing energy. The third, at the solar plexus, is repaired, filled, disconnected, and aligned with the first two.
The fourth receives gold wherever there is darkness, invalidation, or something that feels wrong. Connections to others are removed, including connections to someone special; conversation can happen later. The fifth is the communication center, including inner voice and intuition, so holes are filled and cords are cleared there too.
The sixth chakra in the center of the head is cleared of unamused energy and connections. Gold validates the place of seeing so you can be there. The seventh chakra completes the set. Its connections are removed, repairs are made, and all seven chakras line up to work as one system.
Resume ownership and ordinary running energy

After the crown, the guide scans all seven chakras and checks grounding. Then the work is complete. Thank the guide, have it disconnect from the hand chakra, and move fully out of the space.
Re-own the hand chakra and the aura space the guide occupied. Fill with gold sun energy. Then bring in fresh earth and cosmic energy, mix them at the first chakra, and let them rise through the front channels, arms, hands, and top of the head. Tug grounding, create and destroy a rose, open the eyes, and stretch.
