Your energy flow: a rose inquiry, then channel clearing

Separate from the day by unmatching the lower three chakras. The first chakra can unmatch from everyone else's survival. The second can unmatch from everyone else's drama. The third can unmatch from the pressure of everyone staying busy. Then bring in earth and cosmic energy and settle into the center of the head.

Attention is gathered next. Bring it back into the room, clear other people's energy from it, make it one point, and place it in the center of the head. Bring the crown to gold, sit under the gold sun, and create and destroy roses out in front. This shifts the posture into reading mode.

Create a rose for your energy flowing naturally and with non-effort. Look for its color. Ground the rose and drain other people's energy out of your movement. This is not only about earth and cosmic energy. Flow can be joy, enthusiasm, a pity party, health, friendship, or any energy that is moving through life.

Run gold through the rose until the color becomes clear. It may appear translucent, self-luminous, and compelling. That color represents your truth about what it is like when your energy flows. Notice any imagery with it, blow up the rose, and let that quality come back into the energy system.

After the rose inquiry, call the guide into the room. Restate the agreement: you are senior because it is your body, and the guide adjusts to you. Letting another being enter the aura is a big deal, so the permission is deliberate.
