Cosmic energy: a comfortable crown opening

Earth and cosmic energy A tall standing figure, split light and dark, stands on four horizontal strata of earth in green, ochre, terracotta and plum, under three hanging bands of sky in lilac, blue and pale rose. All the strata and bands breathe slowly in and out, the layers nearest the figure moving furthest and each a little behind the one before. First two green lines rise from a gold star at the earth's center into each foot and climb each leg to the base of the spine, a soft green glow rising from the strata behind them, and spill down a cord, while the strata drift sideways at different rates. Then the earth flow is stopped: the foot flowers shrink, light runs down the cord and out, the strata stand still, and a gold sun above the head drops light into the crown. Then the crown opens part way, inside a dotted ring that marks fully open, and two channels of pale blue pearls bring light down from a pale blue glow above the head, thinning to fine chains through the body to the base, while the sky bands drift. Then the strata and bands push outward and keep breathing, and both flows blend at a flower at the base, rise up the front, fountain out from the crown to the edge of the sky and branch to the hands. Last, the walls of every channel change color, twice, while the light inside them keeps its own.

Cosmic energy is taught as the universe's creative force: open the crown only as far as is comfortable, then stop and refill with your own energy.

Ground and take charge before higher energy

Create a new grounding cord and connect to the center of the earth. If the image feels vague or wrong, destroy it and recreate it until the body has a clear place to release.

Bring attention back into the room, to the edge of the aura, to the forehead and into the center of the head. From there, you are in the driver's seat. For this moment, your energy is senior in your own body and field.

Widen the grounding to hip width so the whole torso feels stable. Release energy from the lower back, belly, upper back, chest, shoulders and center of the head. This prepares the body before a higher vibration begins to move.

Cosmic differs from earth, and the setting is comfortable

Earth energy was the lower, nurturing current. Cosmic energy is the creative force of the universe: change, growth and evolvement. It is out in the cosmos and also present in what exists.

The crown chakra at the top of the head opens and closes like the feet chakras. It does not need to open to one hundred percent. Open it only to a level that is comfortable: ten, twenty, thirty, forty percent, or whatever works now.

Run cosmic energy in sequence:

  1. Draw fresh cosmic energy from the universe down through the aura.
  2. Let it enter the crown chakra and spin there.
  3. Let it clear pressure, problems or stuck energy in the head.
  4. Send it down the two back channels beside the spine to the first chakra.
  5. Let it move up the front channels through belly, chest, throat and head.
  6. Let it fountain out the crown.
  7. Let it branch through shoulders, arms, hand channels and hand chakras.

If you get spacey, breathe and widen the grounding. Cosmic energy is a higher vibration than earth energy, so the grounded body matters.

Cosmic energy is neutral, with little judgment. It may also feel familiar. Notice the feel without needing to explain it.

Stop cosmic intake and bring yourself in

To stop, tune the crown down to about ten or twenty percent. Stop drawing cosmic energy in. Any cosmic energy still in the system can drain down the grounding and return to the earth.

Then bring in your own energy. Cosmic energy is not you. Create a gold sun filled with your unique life force and shine it into the channels that just ran energy, through the body, aura, arms, legs, hands and feet.

Stay in the center of the head and notice how it feels to have your own energy back with you after running cosmic energy.
