Learning to notice without losing your place

The idea at the heart of this classRoses

RosesA person seen from the front stands inside an aura of two sea-green petal rings, split down the middle like the field, on a lilac earth. First a large rose blooms in front of them at the aura's front edge: rings of rounded pink and salmon petals around a gold heart with a spiral, its stem running down into the earth; light comes in from outside to the rose and runs down the stem. Next dull lumps land on the rose until it is covered; it is blown away and a new rose blooms in its place, and smaller roses bloom at each side, on the aura's edge. Then the rose glows gold as light gathers into it from the body; it is sent up and away to the corner, blown up into flying petals, and another rose blooms in front. Next a pale ring is traced round the rose and lines go out to three words, color, quality and tone; the rose is left as it is. Last, dark specks fall from the rose down its stem, the same rose cleaner, the word washed beside it; in the corner a small picture is blown away and a new one appears, the word new above it. colorqualitytone washednew

Lessons and ideas

Clairvoyant training begins with a simple demand: have your own experience. The images, roses, colors and energy movements are not there so everyone can report the same thing. They are tools for learning how to look, describe, notice what changes, and return to yourself.

This first lesson keeps description separate from interpretation and change. Running energy clears enough space to observe. The center of the head gives a place to observe from. A rose gives a shared symbol to read, clear, protect, or gather information, depending on the job it is given.

You do not need to have someone else's experience

Different motives can all enter the same training. One person may want protection from other people's energy. Another may want validation, personal change, a new life, a stronger relationship with the body, or a way to stop only reading about other people's experiences. None of those motives requires matching anyone else's result.

The training points back to your own seeing. Other people can give instructions and structure, but the aim is to trust the relationship between your spirit and your body. A different experience is not a failed experience. It is the material you have to learn from.

That same rule shapes the practice container. Readings, clinics and side-chair practice are not casual performances. They are controlled spaces for learning how to stay grounded, hold your own space, notice what stimulates you, and let your own seeing develop without trying to heal, fix, impress, or teach someone else.

During side-chair practice, stay in your own space while another person is read. If the reader stumbles or the person receiving the reading has emotion, notice what happens in your space and clear it there. Do not go into the reader, the recipient, or the problem. The skill is being present without taking over.

This is why the training narrows some freedoms while it widens others. Outside readings, healings and teaching can pull attention toward responsibility for someone else, or toward validation and invalidation from outside the school container. The restriction is not a statement that those activities are always wrong. It protects the specific muscle being built: your ability to see from your own space and let the information be yours.

A thought appearing is something to work with

Running energy is daily clearing. It makes room for new information by moving energy that has been sitting in the body, head, heart or aura. When thoughts appear during practice, the meditation has not failed. Dormant material often comes up once energy starts moving.

Work with a thought or image in a simple sequence:

  1. Let it come into view.
  2. Notice what it is without chasing it.
  3. Ask whether you want to keep the energy of it.
  4. If you do not, put that energy into a rose.
  5. Send the rose away and blow it up.
  6. Return attention to the center of the head.

This is more like cleaning a home than silencing a mind. Putting everything in the middle of the floor can make the room look messier for a while, but it lets you sort what is there. Once the faucet is on, water can keep running without your watching the tap. In the same way, earth and cosmic energy can keep moving while you observe what appears.

Attention may briefly go to a foot chakra, a channel, a tight place, or a sensation that draws you. Look if you need to, then return to the center of the head. Clairvoyant work trains sight from the sixth chakra, so the center is the place to keep coming back to.

Running energy does not mean only one flow. It means eyes closed, grounded, in the center of the head, energy moving, and a completion that fills you with your own life force. Within that frame, you can notice chakra spinning, aura clearing, a body area that wants energy, or another neutral flow. Finish by filling in with your own gold sun.

Prepare the conditions for observation

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasEarth and cosmic energyGoldGrounding

Energy needs clear routes. Earth energy enters through the foot chakras and moves up the leg channels to the first chakra. Cosmic energy enters through the crown, moves down the back channels, and meets earth energy at the first chakra. From there the mixed flow can release down the grounding cord or move up the front channels, out through the hands and crown, and into the aura.

Do not flatten those movements into one vague idea of flow. A grounding cord releases. Foot connections bring earth energy in. The crown brings cosmic energy in. Front channels move the mixed flow upward. Channels may begin and end at chakras while affecting the regions they pass through.

A basic preparation can be practiced this way:

  1. Blow up the old grounding cord.
  2. Ask the body what kind of grounding it wants now: color, texture, quality and feeling.
  3. Attach the new cord from the first chakra to the center of the earth.
  4. Open the foot chakras and bring in the earth energy the body wants.
  5. Open the crown and bring in cosmic energy.
  6. Let the flows meet at the first chakra.
  7. Release what needs to leave down the grounding cord.
  8. Let the mixed energy rise through the front channels and out the hands and crown.
  9. Adjust the aura size and grounding if the body wants a different setting.
  10. Fill with gold sun afterward.

Earth energy is used to move what has become stuck. It is not asked to think, analyze or explain. Cosmic energy is used as neutral, creative, invigorating energy. Together they help the body clear enough that attention can stay available for seeing.

Ask what job the rose is doing

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasGoldGroundingHavingnessMock-upsProtection and non-resistanceRoses

A rose is not one thing. Its meaning comes from the job it is given. The same image can gather energy, define a boundary, show havingness, represent another person, give information for a grounding cord, or stand for yourself at the end of a session.

Use Job
Clearing Gather excess or stubborn energy, then be sent away and destroyed.
Protection Sit at the aura's edge, absorb incoming energy and drain it down.
Havingness Show the present room or permission for growth.
Reading Provide a shared symbol to describe before interpreting.
Grounding information Show what kind of grounding the body wants now.
Self-work Represent yourself, then be grounded, cleared and filled.

Protection roses are not a rigid wall. Put them at the edge of the aura and ground them. Let incoming energy hit the roses, drain down the stems, and leave through the earth. The boundary lets movement continue while giving the body an edge it can recognize.

Havingness for growth is the amount of room, permission or capacity you have for change right now. Make a rose for it, place a gauge beside it, and notice the number without judgment. Ground the rose, release other people's energy from it, and let the vibration change. The gauge does not have to reach one hundred percent. A new amount of growth can feel unfamiliar because the old comfort has shifted.

Gold has different jobs too

Gold is also not one instruction. A mock-up bubble for what you want from the training is filled with neutral gold, not your own life force. Neutral gold clears and transforms the bubble without spending your personal energy on the goal before it is ready.

After clearing and mock-up work, fill yourself with your own gold-sun life force. That life force belongs in your body, chakras, aura, muscles, bones and newly cleared spaces. Later, a self-rose may also be filled with gold-sun energy before the image is destroyed and you fill yourself again.

The distinction is target, purpose and sequence. Neutral gold can clear a goal bubble. Your gold sun replenishes you. A rule such as never put personal gold into a rose misses the point, because some roses are reading symbols and some are self-work symbols.

Describe first; leave room around the meaning

Ideas hereGoldKnowingnessRosesSymbols

Clairvoyance means clear vision. People can perceive energy through many doors: emotional feeling, body sensation, intuition, knowingness, hearing, smell, taste, or images. This training emphasizes sight because seeing gives a way to notice energy without immediately becoming it.

Begin a rose reading with description. Name color, shape, texture, openness, stem, leaves, thorns, movement, brightness, density and tone. If a feeling or heard phrase appears first, ask what it looks like. Speak the visual information rather than turning the first impression into a finished interpretation.

A solo rose reading can be practiced this way:

  1. Ground, run energy lightly, and return to the center of the head.
  2. Create a rose and describe it to yourself.
  3. Blow it up.
  4. Create a rose for home and describe color, quality and tone.
  5. Blow it up.
  6. Create a rose for work or another specific space.
  7. Turn it and look at the back, top and inside.
  8. Blow it up and fill with gold sun.

A partner reading uses the same discipline. Ask for the full birth name, create one rose for the person or for a specific target such as yesterday, and describe what is visible. Do not make the rose nicer. Do not remove thorns, change an ugly color, or soften a wilted image to be pleasant.

Neutral communication is not meanness. It is saying what is there without healing the reading. Thorns are not automatically bad. A strange color is not automatically a problem. The recipient can recognize what the description means without the reader forcing a dictionary onto it.

A rose cannot hold a whole person, a whole day, or every cause behind what appears. It is a shared starting symbol. If it wants to become a lily, a peony, stone, a flame, or blackness, still keep the reading rose and describe what appears around it. Seeing black is still seeing something.

Take questions and mixed responses seriously

Ideas hereGrounding

Some permissions are broad and some are narrow. Healing guides may be part of meditations or healing work, but they are kept out of readings and self-readings while you train. The reason is skill development: reading is where your own clairvoyance is being exercised without another being doing the work for you.

The same distinction applies to grounding forms and experiments. A different grounding style or unusual energy flow can be explored in meditation. In readings, clinics and shared exercises, use the assigned format. A common form makes it possible to build the basic muscle before adding personal variation.

Knowing your own energy gives you a baseline. You may explore music, media, people and many kinds of experience, but become familiar with how your own life force feels and looks. Then you can notice when another energy begins setting the tone in your space.

Certainty has power, but certainty is not the same as accuracy. A clear decision can move energy even when the decision is wrong. Indecision can leave energy stalled. Use certainty to work the tool, then keep checking what actually appears.

This is different from confidence borrowed from another person. Someone else can say what you should study, where you should live, what work is right, or what spiritual choice is correct, and their certainty may feel temporarily stabilizing. Clairvoyance trains another source of certainty: see for yourself, own what you see, and let your own information move your energy.

A striking hit in a reading still deserves context. A reading can feel true, be rejected, be partly recognized, or be influenced by something already known. Do not turn one response into proof of a whole interpretation. Keep returning to the basic sequence: see, describe, check, release, fill in.

Finish by returning to yourself

Ideas hereAura and layersGoldGroundingRoses

Completion is part of the practice. After reading someone, clear their energy out of your space. Put it in a rose, send it away, blow it up, and return to the center of your head. The end is not extra time after the interesting work. It teaches the body that looking does not mean carrying.

Safety can be read and updated directly:

  1. Notice what safety feels like in the body.
  2. Make a rose for what it looks like when you are safe.
  3. Observe it and blow it up.
  4. Make a rose for what it looks like when you are not safe.
  5. Observe the body response and blow it up.
  6. Make a rose for the grounding cord the body wants now.
  7. Read its color, texture and quality.
  8. Blow up the old grounding cord.
  9. Create the new grounding cord from that information.
  10. Notice whether the body feels safer.

The grounding cord is not made into a rose. The rose gives information for the grounding. Afterward, look at a rose for the old grounding cord so any missed information can show itself, then blow it up.

End with a self-rose. Observe the blossom, color, stem, leaves, thorns, petals and tone. Ground the rose and let it release. Fill it with gold-sun energy, blow up the image, and then fill yourself: center of head, body, aura, depleted places, and the spaces opened by the work.

Practice can be simple. Ground at the beginning, run energy, use the tools that are alive for the day, and fill with gold sun at the end. Do not repeat a routine until it becomes empty and boring. Let the body tell you what needs attention now.

Perfection is not the goal. A perfect image would have no movement, and no movement would leave no room for growth. This training expects mistakes because mistakes show where attention went, what got stimulated, and where the next return to center can happen.

Check your understanding

Ideas hereAura and layersGoldGroundingRoses

Try answering before opening the explanation.

A thought about yesterday appears while running energy. Has the meditation failed?

Compare your reasoning No. Material coming up is something to notice and sort. Let it appear, decide whether to keep the energy of it, and release what is not useful through a rose. Then return to the center of the head.

Why could changing a rose be appropriate in one exercise and inappropriate in another?

Compare your reasoning The rose's job determines the action. Clearing, protection, grounding information and self-work may ask the rose to gather, drain, change or be filled. A partner reading asks for description without improving the image.

Why is the goal-bubble instruction not a rule against all personal gold?

Compare your reasoning The goal bubble is filled with neutral gold. Your own gold sun replenishes your body and aura afterward. Different targets use different kinds of gold for different purposes.

A description feels accurate. What does that settle?

Compare your reasoning It settles that something was recognized. It does not settle every interpretation, how the impression arose, or whether the reader should stop checking. Recognition belongs inside the larger practice of seeing, describing and staying neutral.

Carry one distinction into ordinary life

Ideas hereGroundingRoses

Carry description, interpretation and change as three separate actions. First say what is present. Then notice what meaning begins to form. Change the image only when the exercise actually calls for clearing, grounding, protection or replenishment.

The fuller recording also includes introductions, a break, parking, clinic arrangements, school rules and partner practice. Those are part of its setting, even when they are not the organizing thread of the reading companion.

What remains uncertain

The first running-energy question is absent from the older draft but appears in both saved external readings. The lesson paraphrases the shared meaning; it does not choose one exact quotation. The same is true of the negative instruction against micromanaging: the comparison supports that meaning, while the original draft has an incomplete sentence.

The brief permission to investigate a sensation and then return comes from the longer class context after the comparison sample ends.

Some partner speech overlaps. Names, colors and several descriptions differ across the readings, so no tidy reconstructed conversation or fixed color meaning is supplied. The rose example in the lesson is deliberately labeled as made up.

An unusual series of filler sounds appears in one reading during the goal-bubble guidance. It is unclear whether those sounds occurred; it is neither silently attributed to the recording nor declared to be an invented passage.

The exact attachment of the grounding cord for the center-of-head space is unclear. The companion does not invent it. In another question, the draft says red energy where earth energy may have been intended. The lesson proposes trying the unusual routing and reporting back; this class gives no completed result or special effect. A separate phrase may refer to the course Meditation Two, but the exact wording is uncertain.

The classroom conditions

The class assumes earlier meditation training. An hour of daily running energy is a school requirement in this recording, rather than a universal practice dose. Clinics provide time for practicing the week's material, with supervision and support when emotion arises. Initial side-chair work emphasizes remaining in one's own space rather than rescuing the reader or recipient; speaking responsibilities can change with the role and later training. These are arrangements described in this recording, not a current course schedule or an assurance about every learning setting.

The school restrictions have different scopes. Outside-school readings and healings are restricted during training, with the school's healing hours excluded. Outside invalidation and outside positive validation can offset the training. Teaching others is separately restricted because responsibility for them would be carried back into class. Trainer, diet and gift-card comparisons explain these rules.

Staff one-to-one services receive a different treatment: discouragement is described as a temporary preference, school healing hours remain allowed, and particular circumstances can be discussed with the lesson. Turning all of this into one blanket rule would erase the exceptions.

The drug/medication discussion contains unclear wording, source-specific restrictions and exceptions, and an illness-recovery anecdote. Informing the lesson about circumstances differs from asking permission. These statements stay as classroom context.

The recorded practices
