Two clocks, one conversation

The idea at the heart of this classBeing and body: the two clocks

Being and body on one clock A large round dial of four equal quadrants, salmon, gold, green and lilac, glows over a soft gold light and lights one quadrant at a time; their names, survival, a place in the group, how one differs, and creating, sit outside the rim beside each quadrant. Then two hands appear on it, a pale lilac being hand with a rosette tip and a salmon body hand with a round tip. They sweep the dial at different speeds, the being hand twice as fast, and a glowing thread joins their tips, stretching and shrinking as they draw apart and close, with lights running along it both ways; once each loop the thread breaks into dashes and then rejoins, brighter, while the distance goes on changing. Then the dial splits along the middle into two overlapping clocks, the body's on the left and the spirit's on the right, each with its own hand at a different hour; both clocks swell and burst into pieces. Then the one dial returns: the body hand sends out ripples and lights run along the bright thread to the being hand; then the being hand moves ahead quickly and the body hand follows slowly, the thread stretching and then easing, still joined. Last the dial dims to a symbol and the two hands each carry a rose, a salmon one of six petals for the body and a lilac and blue one of nine for the being, different from each other. bodyspirit being body

Two clocks for body and spirit

5 steps, playing in turn. Choose a number to hold one.

Split a clock into four quadrants (1 to 3, 3 to 6, 6 to 9, 9 to 12), each an arena for work.

CTL1 Class 3, partial recording, 30:29 to 30:42

Use the four arenas without ranking them: survival, fitting into a group, how am I different, and creating with your own life force.

CTL1 Class 3, partial recording, 31:12 to 35:37

Let the two clocks differ, like an unhappy millionaire and a joyful person with no money; read communication, not a problem to fix.

CTL1 Class 3, partial recording, 39:32 to 41:27

From the center of the head, make a clock for the body and look at where its hand falls, without judging.

CTL1 Class 3, partial recording, 49:17 to 49:38

Look at a second clock for the spirit, blow up both, and fill with gold sun to welcome the spirit.

A changing body does not keep the same pace as a changing plan

Ideas hereAura and layersChakrasEarth and cosmic energyGoldGroundingGrowth periodsRosesTrance as a class setting

Growth periods can show up as tiredness, apathy, lost objects, job detachment, emotional swings, food changes, and life rearrangements. Center of head gives a place to watch those changes without adding drama. Energy can move, circumstances can shift, and the body can react without the reader abandoning the observing place.

The trance setting from Class 2 changes the communication system. If the lower half of the body seems quiet, the issue may be that communication had been happening first through the lower chakras. Feeling may have come before thinking, seeing, hearing or knowing. Turning down the lower chakras asks the body to rely on a different route.

The third chakra distributes energy for the physical body. Turning it down from an ordinary full-open habit to a trance setting can feel physically unfamiliar. That does not mean the body has disappeared. It means the body is learning a new arrangement.

Whether to reopen the lower chakras depends on purpose:

  1. Keep the trance setting for reading, side-chair work and course practice.
  2. For ordinary life, decide whether the task calls for trance or fuller body engagement.
  3. Notice when events blow a chakra open.
  4. Reset the setting if you want to keep working from trance.
  5. For creative work, experiment with the lower chakras quieter and the upper chakras more available.

Food, sleep and cravings belong to the body's pace. One body may want fresh food. Another may want fast food after years without it. A craving may point to salt, sugar, grounding, comfort, health, familiar energy replacement, or a way to slow rapid change. Be kind to the body while it adjusts.

Spirit can decide quickly. A person can picture a new job, home or life direction in an instant. The body still has to move, eat, sleep, earn money, speak to people, change habits and adjust relationships. The restaurant story makes the point: during a growth period, the body can take so long deciding what it needs that every practical option closes.

The opening practice clears apathy because apathy can resist change by keeping things familiar. Ground, run earth and cosmic energy, reset trance, create a rose for what is weighing the space down, then create a specific apathy rose. Let it soak up apathy in the body, crown, center of head and aura. Blow it up, notice the space without it, put protection roses around the aura, and fill with gold sun.

Chairs, a group, and the wish to see beyond it

Ideas hereGroundingGrowth periodsRosesTrance as a class setting

A person is born into groups: family, town, culture, neighborhood, religion, profession, friend circle, or way of living. Those groups provide language, rules, safety, habits and belonging. At some point, something beyond the group may become visible.

The pull toward more is not necessarily a rejection of the group. Curiosity can be misunderstood as disloyalty, but the movement may simply be toward a larger field of information. Nothing has to be wrong with the family or culture for a person to want to look beyond it.

A growth period often includes that tension. The body may still want group safety while spirit wants to explore. Or the body may want individuality while spirit longs for belonging. The split is why one clock is not enough.

Group life can also carry an ache. Someone may resist groups because they never felt accepted by one, while another part still wishes it had known ordinary belonging. The reading should leave room for both truths. Wanting to leave group identity and wanting the safety of group identity can be present in the same person.

A mystic is someone who seeks truth, higher power or God directly rather than only through inherited group answers. Not everyone goes through separation from group identity in the same way. This training gives tools for finding information as an individual while still using shared practice forms.

That answers the concern that InVision is also a group. Shared tools are not the same as borrowed answers. The course may give the same rose, clock, grounding, or trance setting to everyone, but it expects different experiences, different information and different outcomes.

The body and being need not show the same hour

Ideas hereBeing and body: the two clocksEarth and cosmic energyGoldGroundingNeutralityTrance as a class setting

The body and being clock divides a clock into four quadrants. Each quadrant is an arena where the body or spirit may be working. It is not a moral rank, an age chart, or a permanent score.

  1. First quadrant: survival, getting life together, food, shelter, money, health, safety and basic support.
  2. Second quadrant: fitting into a group, taking identity and answers through belonging, tradition, neighborhood, family or culture.
  3. Third quadrant: separating from the group, discovering what is different, individual and self-known.
  4. Fourth quadrant: creating with your own energy after enough difference is known to ask what you want to build.

The second quadrant is not inferior. Group life can hold safety, continuity, inherited skill, shared care and tested ways of living. A reader who ranks the second quadrant as lower may miss the real value and communication there.

The body and spirit can occupy different concerns. A body may be in survival because of lost income, a damaged home, illness in the family, an accident, or ordinary exhaustion, while spirit is exploring individuality. A person may have money and belonging while spirit feels uninvolved. Another may have few resources while spirit feels abundant and creative.

Distance between the hands is not good or bad. Closer hands may make communication easier, but the reading belongs on communication, not on forcing alignment. The useful question is: what does the body need to say to spirit, and what does spirit need to say to the body?

Receiving a reading is also a practice. Stay in your own space and receive. Do not go into the reader's head to figure out how they are doing it. Let the information come to you, then notice what moves in your own body and space.

The same tools communicate with the body while you read yourself. Grounding tells the body it can release. Center of head tells the body that spirit is taking charge of the space. Gold sun tells the body that life force can come in safely. The clock is not only information about body and spirit. Using it is itself another conversation between them.

Read the clocks this way:

  1. Close the eyes and return to the center of the head.
  2. Check grounding and reset trance if needed.
  3. Run earth and cosmic energy lightly in the background.
  4. Recognize the earlier tools as communication: grounding tells the body it can release, center of head tells the body spirit is in charge, gold sun welcomes life force back.
  5. Create a clock for the body.
  6. Notice where its hand falls without judgment.
  7. Create a clock for spirit.
  8. Notice where its hand falls without judgment.
  9. Blow up both images.
  10. Notice any body sensation or energy movement.
  11. Fill with gold sun so the body feels safe and spirit feels welcome.

Self-reading doubt is workable. If the numbers seem like projections of what you want, compare over time, receive readings from others, and keep reading other people. Projection is not solved by forcing certainty. It is worked by practice, comparison and neutrality.

Outside judgment can become louder than spirit communication. A stranger's comment, a group's disapproval, or the ache of never belonging can pull the body toward safety or resistance. Clear communication between body and spirit gives those outside voices less authority.

Different views, no fixed color key

Ideas hereBeing and body: the two clocksColor: a detail in a situationCreative energyNeutralityTrance as a class setting

Reading color is the vibration through which communication with a person becomes possible. Different readers may use different vibrations and see different true aspects. One person can describe the front of an outfit while another describes the back. Two languages can communicate the same subject with different idioms, tone and examples.

That is why two readers may place the body and being in different quadrants without either reading being useless. Each may have found a different way into the person's communication. The question is what aspect is being contacted, not which reader owns the only angle.

Colors do not have a fixed dictionary. Purple may suggest one thing in one reading and nearly the opposite in another. A recipient may have a private association the reader does not know. Describe the color, where it appears, what it is doing, and what comes with it before assigning meaning.

Trance supports this because it keeps the reader from being limited to ordinary body-level communication. The reader works from spirit, neutrality and non-reaction, looking for the vibration that allows communication. Matching a communication level is not control. It is meeting the person where a hello can be received.

The clock image is flexible. Two clocks can work. One clock with two hands can work. A digital display, beaker or other image can work if it preserves the four arenas and the distinction between body and spirit. Do not overbuild the model in search of perfect coordinates. The image is a moving snapshot.

The hands can move day to day, week to week, or within a single event. Body and spirit may line up for a creative afternoon and separate again during a survival demand. Movement does not always go one way. A body may lead in one context and spirit in another.

A short event can change the snapshot. At a festival, performance, work meeting or family visit, the body may find group, survival or creative energy for a few hours and then return to another concern. Read the clock as present-time communication, not as a permanent verdict about who the person is.

More dimensions do not automatically make the reading better. The point is not to command a hidden place beyond ordinary life. The energy being read is present in lived experience: food, work, belonging, fatigue, creativity, safety, judgment, desire and communication.

The recording ends before the expected partner clock readings. The surviving teaching gives the setup, the self-reading, and the cautions that keep the clock from becoming a ranking system.

Check your understanding

A reader says, “Your body clock is in the second quadrant and your spirit clock is in the fourth. That means your body is two stages behind and you need to move it up.” What has the reader added?

Compare your reasoning

The reader has turned a snapshot into a rank and a prescription. The hands can differ, but distance is not good or bad by itself. The useful focus is communication between body and spirit, not forcing the body to match the reader's idea of progress.

Trance-after-meditation depends on whether the setting is wanted for reading/class or ordinary life (136–165). Diet, water, chocolate and pineal-gland comments are the recording's assertions, not health evidence (166–284). The guided apathy rose has setup, clearing, gold-sun filling and return (285–358).
Chairs, a group, and the wish to see beyond it C3-03, segments 359–463, 00:24:27–00:30:02; related challenge in C3-04, 559–583 The other-room “field trip,” chair demonstration, family/group dialogue and mystic description appear in 359–463. At 449–463 the lesson says not everyone follows the separation path. A participant asks whether the school is a group (559–563); the recording denies the relevant kind of group and claims distinct participant outcomes (564–583). The reader retains that question instead of treating the denial as settled fact.
The body and being need not show the same hour C3-04, segments 464–759, 00:30:03–00:47:14; C3-05, 760–900, 00:47:18–00:58:40 Four quadrants are introduced 464–558: survival, fitting a group, distinguishing oneself, creating with one's own energy. The first two are defended against judgment (514–533). Body and spirit can differ or move independently (584–598). The key qualification is “distance isn't good or bad”; communication matters (598–623). The self-clock exercise is 760–800. Participant challenges to hierarchy and imagined self-knowledge are 866–895, not resolved by a test here.
Different views, no fixed color key C3-06, segments 901–1103, 00:58:40–01:10:34; C3-07, 1104–1263, 01:10:34–01:18:44; C3-08, 1264–1303, 01:18:44–01:20:22 Reading color/vibration is offered to explain differing views (901–969), with clothing-angle and language analogies. Color associations can contradict and are personal; the recording avoids a stock translation (970–1008). Positions can change by circumstance (1104–1143). A participant challenges the clock's dimensions (1144–1208); two clocks or one with two hands are both allowed (1191–1193), and “snapshot” is the recording's qualifier at 1204–1209. The recording answers a proposed hidden-dimension account “not necessarily” before pushing back in favor of the school's claim about present energy (1214–1259). The available source then breaks off after class-break talk; a second-hand cancer story occurs at 1284–1303 and establishes no treatment efficacy.
Check your understanding C3-04, segments 514–623; C3-05, 760–900; C3-07, 1104–1209 The authored answer contrasts a static rank with the recording's explicit communication and snapshot qualifications. It is a comprehension aid.

Source integrity and what is absent

The inventory records a reported MP3 header duration of 8,466.050612 seconds but a full-decode end at 4,824.81 seconds (01:20:24.81). The selected draft ends at 4,822.684 seconds. Six legacy failed chunks, numbered 10–15, start at 5,400 seconds or later, beyond decoded audio. That does not prove a particular missing hour was ever captured by this file; it also does not prove the original class stopped at the break. An alternate copy would be required to resolve original-session completeness. The class had not yet completed partner body-being readings when the break began (segments 1264–1268). No such practice occurs in this available selection.
